This place was a great find, with a perfect location to the Falls! Step out the door, cross the street, and the Falls await you. Breakfast is included, and it was quite yummy. We liked it so much, we decided to have dinner there on our second night, and it did not disappoint. You will be hard pressed to find a better place to stay on the New York side of Niagara Falls!

First, I’d like to say that the staff was courteous and helpful. I’m not expecting the Ritz Carlton but for $250 per night, I’d expect at the very least a couple of bottles of water in the room and perhaps some cheap room slippers. Also, to advertise a swimming pool when it’s 21 feet long is a stretch! That’s more like a wading pool. There were a few times I called ‘0’ to get the front desk and a message comes on requesting that you leave a message! Breakfast was typical for this brand - nothing truly healthy. Bagels, muffins, processed cereals, pre-processed omelets etc just don’t cut it especially for a health conscious vegetarian. The oatmeal with raisins and pumpkin seeds was my breakfast. Also, there are no in-room safes. If I were paying $79 or even $100, I’d say ok, but for $250 per night, the hotel should be showering the guests with amenities. They are being cheap and greedy. Not even any toothbrushes ! Can’t say that Covid caused it anymore. That’s all past us now. I’ve been living in Asia for the past 8 years and those hotels have far surpassed ours by light years when comparing side by side. Howard S. Unfortunately, most of the hotels in this city are way overpriced for the value received.

Good value for money, quite satisfactory, suitable for traveling families. A restaurant downstairs is an internet celebrity restaurant, and its special dish is grilled chicken wings. Strawberry cake 🍰 is a dessert worth trying. It is walking distance to the waterfall, and you can see the waterfall through the waterfall park.

Facilities: Nice room, relatively large, advanced facilities
Sanitation: OK
Environment: OK
Service: Good
The gym is also good, but it faces the parking lot directly, with large windows, so it is easy to see people working out. The water is only ice water. It is still a distance from the waterfall park, and it takes a long time to walk

THE only good thing about this place is it's location. The room smelled overpoweringly of chlorine to the point it gave us a headache. It also smelled slightly of bleach as well but didn't feel clean and the net curtains were visibly filthy. The bed was comfortable enough, but good luck sleeping when you can hear EVERYTHING happening in the hallway and upstairs occupants if you are unfortunate enough to be on the first (aka ground) floor. Lastly, the breakfast was disgusting. We took a bite out of the food and either choked it down or spit it out. Thankfully, we had a cooler packed with snacks for our journey there and had some yoghurt so we didn't go hungry. Despite the amazing location, I would NOT stay here again.

Very nice hotel in Niagara Falls. Exceptional service by Bill (bartender), Sarah at check-in desk, and Tina, our server at dinner. The room was spacious, bed & linens very nice and comfortable. We loved having a couch and ottoman for extra space. Plenty of parking also, but cost $15 a day which seemed an unreasonable extra charge considering our two night stay was $525. Unlike the Hampton Inn next door, breakfast is not included, thus also extra cost and time required. Hotel is not by a highway, so no traffic noise which was nice. Tip: you have to request housekeeping service as it is not automatically done.

Was looking for a Hotel to stay and while we were in town for our daughters soccer tournament. The room was nice and had no problems at all, the pool was bigger then other pools I have seen in other hotels and it was nice. Breakfast area was nice and big. Front desk was very nice and so were the other people that worked there. There was not complaints from us at all. I would stay there again.

Very Good
GGuest UserWhat a pleasure! Staff is the absolute best!! Room was clean and had everything we need! Location is fantastic with all shops close and highway near by! Pool was clean and beautiful. Will definitely be back!!
JJiraratThe hotel's picture shows a highrise, but the hotel itself only takes fl 1-6. If you do not get the 6th floor, you will either get the view of the town or the back side of the quality inn bldg. You can use the elevator to the 18th fl and walk 1 fl up to have a birdeye view of the falls. Breakfast has to be preordered.
GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is wonderful, the back of the hotel is situated in the Niagara parc, so the falls are in walking distance. The beds are very comfortable, rooms are clean and good. Staff is very friendly. Only one thing the coffee was bad, we love espresso coffee, fortunately we are prepared and have our own espresso coffee with us.
GGuest UserNot what I've come to expect from HIE - would never stay here again! Upon arrival, there was no one at the front desk, but there was a line of people. The first person in the line stated he'd been waiting for 15 minutes and no one was available. All the lights in the sitting area off the lobby were turned off, and there were several groups of flies circling the lobby area right where everyone was waiting... definitely NOT an inviting welcome. When the front desk worker finally arrived back to the desk, there was no apology or even a ”welcome, thanks for waiting.” The room wasn't any better. Mold on the bathroom ceiling (and likely elsewhere given how terrible my allergies were), and a broken lock on our door. To top it all off, the stairwell was filled with bags of garbage. It was so awful I cancelled the second night (it was too late to move my 3 yr old) and we moved on to a better hotel elsewhere.
GGuest UserI stayed here in June 2021 and again in June 2022. The hotel was great again. I got a big room with a good bed (and so-so pillows). The fridge, wifi, and A/C all worked. The bathroom was big with hot water at a good pressure and good towels. The hotel has luggage carts and an elevator. It is near restaurants and stores (Target, Tops). For breakfast, they had eggs, sausage, mini pancakes, yogurt, mini cinnamon rolls, toast, bagels, cereal, juice, coffee, bananas, and milk. I only stayed one night this year because the prices have gone up so much! I will most likely stay here on my next trip.
SSnizzle4shizzleTook a quick family trip to Niagara Falls. During my pre-trip research, I came across this hotel and was impressed by the fact that they had a ”family room,” which had 3 beds (2 queen, 1 twin). I checked the price, which was very reasonable, considering how close it is to the falls. I couldn't have been happier with it! Located just one block from I90, it sits on a corner lot and is quiet and cozy. The room size was great! Even with 3 beds and a desk, plus a mini fridge, there was still plenty of room to move around! If I had to find any fault, it would be that there was no complimentary breakfast, as advertised, because of covid; as well, I saw a few small ants in the bathroom. If you're looking for a pool, don't stay here. Overall, I was pleased. I would stay there again, as well as recommend it! If you're taking your kids, ask for a family room.
GGuest UserOverall it was a good experience staying in this hotel. Room were clean and spacious. Staff was very helpful in providing information. Breakfast was good just they need to be more proactive to refill the stuff once it is finished.
GGuest UserThe owners and the staff are wonderful, kind and very accommodating The walk along the Niagara River to the falls is beautiful The room is spacious, comfy and well equipped (tv fridge iron and iron table, towels etc). The beds were comfy too. We do recommend !
SShanOBGreat place with comfortable beds and a shuttle to the ******. Would definitely stay here again. Nice pool as well. Close proximity to restaurants and shopping. Including the Wagon Wheel with friendly people, good cheap food and beer. They give you passes to ride the shuttle bus which will take you to Niagara Falls and other places such as the ******. The passes are good for one full day. Front desk and cleaning staff were exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable about the area.
