갑자기 비행기가 취소되고 변경되어 아이들과 공항에 새벽 1시 도착이라 숙소까지 가려면 새벽 3~4시가 될 것 같아 날짜를 하루 변경하길 요청했으나 24시간 체크인이 가능하다는 이유로 받아들여지지 않았고 환불도 불가했어요.변경을 요청한 날은 오히려 제가 예약한 날보다 훨씬 금액이 저렴한 날임에도 불구한데도요. 어린 아이들과 새벽 3~4시에 도착해서 11시에 퇴실은 정말 불가능했지만. 결국 70여만원의 비용을 날렸습니다. 아마 새벽6시에 도착해도 체크인이 가능해서 변경 불가하다고 할 곳이예요.

위치도 매우 좋고 방도 매우 큽니다. 시설 자체는 평범합니다. 그치만 방 상태가 청결하지 않고, 관리도 잘 되지 않는 것 같습니다

The hotel is too old. I wanted to get an extra quilt, but they said it would cost 200 dollars. The quilt felt like the cotton was clumping inside. The carpet was old, the sofa was old, and the overall feeling was uncomfortable.

There was only one room, and I couldn't see the view even if I changed the room. In addition, the hotel booked in advance was more than 400 yuan cheaper on the day. I found Ctrip and finally refunded the difference! But most of the travel time was wasted, so I was very dissatisfied with Ctrip's service! Let's talk about the hotel. The sanitary environment is poor, there is dust everywhere, the facilities are old and dilapidated, there is no service, and it costs money to add quilts. The whole building is tilted, so the scenery is not facing the waterfall! It is recommended to stay in the Marriott Hotel next door, which is facing the waterfall! This review must be posted by a troll army. It's terrible. I will never come again! It can't be compared with Hilton Hotel, but the price is the most solid, higher than other hotels. It's a scam!
