We had a great stay here! The location was amazing, and there were great views of the falls throughout the day from the higher floors. The hotel was close to some nice food places and the incline railway, with easy access to the main Niagara Falls attractions. Hotel service was very friendly as well, and we'd consider staying again.

I loved the convenient location—perfect for exploring Niagara Falls. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay pleasant. However, the cleanliness of the room could use some improvement, especially in toilet. Overall, a good experience with some room for improvement.

Good view of Niagara Falls, both at the lift lobby and restaurant/cafe. Towels are provided, along with shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and body soap. Equipped with bathtub (instant hot water for shower/bath), TV, fridge, iron, hair dryer, and coffee maker. Ample power sockets and good air-con / heater. Good facilities with pool and gym, and business centre (desktops near the lobby). Parking is available at a fee, albeit expensive. Has Starbucks and souvenir shop at the lobby.
