Great location near Saint Augustin train station. Easy walking distance. Really enjoyed the co-work / relax space on 8th floor and complimentary snacks. Rooms are clean and modern

Ok, but by photos was expecting more

Last night, July 30th, 2023. Someone entered my room while I was in the toilet room in the middle of the night, around 12:30am. I screamed and locked the door from inside and I think person left. I started calling the reception but they didn’t pick up for half an hour, so I was locked in the toilet room the whole time. After that I was able to finally reach the reception and the reception told me it’s not a problem and hang up the phone. I finally went out of the toilet room to the reception and he was extremely rude to me, saying he doesn’t care, he will call the police as I was very upset. He started threatening me saying he knows the police personally so he is not scared of anything. It was extremely scary experience. I have no idea whether it’s hotel staff that entered my room or they gave a key to someone. When I told to the reception that I don’t feel safe so he can help me to order a cab and move to another hotel, he started shouting at me saying to stop it. I can leave if I want to leave but he will not do anything at all to help me and he left. This hotel is very unsafe place and your staff is extremely rude. I will be filing a police report about this incident. The way receptionist guy was threatening me was extremely surreal. He first didn’t want to acknowledge that something was wrong, he then tried to downplay it but when nothing worked, he just became very aggressive, and shouting and just left.

Room is clean, and is close to the station and convenient for transportation

Perfect airport hotel, with a 24/7 desk manned by friendly staff, operating the club model (8th-floor spacious lounge with complimentary non-alcoholic beverages and snacks, and a bar). The rooms are small but efficiently laid-out and from the hotel is (literally) a 5-minute walk to terminal 1. If you are flying from terminal 2 (15-minute walk) you can also grab the tramway (free to and from the airport), which has a stop just around the corner. The hotel is also five minutes walking distance from the Nice St. Augustin train station, which makes it convenient to travel to (e.g) Nice centre, Monaco or the Villefranche beach. Wouldn’t necessarily recommend it for longer stays, given the room size, unless you’re the outdoorsy type.

It's actually a new hotel, but the cleanliness is really poor. I walked barefoot in the room and all my feet turned black. When I checked in, the shower gel was only enough for half a shower. There was no toilet paper and no housekeep at all😤

Similar to Atour in China, it is near the airport, with very convenient public transportation. It takes only five minutes to walk to the bus station, light rail station and train station.

Good stay, clean and nicely decorated hotel

I have to say one good thing, this hotel is very clean... but! The security of this hotel is very low! ! The door of the room has a back lock and it is also broken! In the middle of the night, someone directly swiped the door card to come in and called the front desk to hesitate and tell me that this is not a big problem! Fortunately, it was a woman who came in. What if it was a man? ? Contact us through the platform to ask for early check out but keep refusing! Do not come to this hotel! Isn't it good to live in the Sheraton?

First of all, when booking, it was not stated that the parking lot is paid. And it's not the hotel's exclusive parking lot. 16 euros a night. It was also very troublesome to get in and out of the parking lot. It took a long time to get in and out several times. Because it requires a manual call on the machine to read the password. When we left on the last day, there was no manual. We called the hotel front desk, and the front desk spoke English very well. No, I keep wasting time over and over again! Not actively dealt with. It almost delayed the return time and flight.

The room was very clean and the service staff were warm and attentive.
