"As great as the reviews say this hotel is! The rooms are exactly as pictured, clean and tidy, with a very lovely timeless aesthetic. The service is top notch; any time we asked for something, the staff would send it up right away. Everyone was very friendly and it’s located close enough to the main streets that everything was within a 15 min walking distance (including the train station) but also in a quieter street so it wasn’t noisy in the mornings and evenings. The air conditioning in the room was very nice as well. My partner and I were very pleased with our stay and would be more than happy to return!"

"Location is very good. About 5 mins walk from Nice Ville train station and the tram line that goes towards the beach / old Nice. Room is clean, fresh towels everyday. Well done and 5 stars to the housekeeper. Even though I was there in the busy summer holidays, there was no noise problem at all and I got restful sleep all 4 nights. However, trip.com listed the room I selected (superior double room) as having a king size bed, although what I got was queen size. Clarified with the reception and indeed she said I got the correct room. Someone needs to update the description for better accuracy."

"I was positively surprised when I arrived at the hotel: not only was is super centrally located but also offered great service and lovely rooms at a fantastic price! The hotel located is about 3min away from the airport tram stop Jean Medécin, 2min from Place Massena and 4min from the old town. My room was very clean and offered aircon/heating, fridge, haidryer, tv, kettle & complimentary. coffee/tea. The furniture and carpet looked well-maintained and the bed was very comfortable. I was warmly welcomed upon check-in by multilingual staff. I slept very well and can only but recommend this hotel!"

"Convenient transportation. When checking in, the staff explained the route from the hotel to the Old Town and showed us the attractions on a map, which was very thoughtful. The room even had a balcony, and the staff cleaned it promptly. There was also a kettle in the room, which was a nice touch. Overall, I was very satisfied. The hotel's location is excellent, right near a Line 1 subway station, less than a five-minute walk away. It's also very close to the train station, just six stops. One day we got up early and walked there, and it only took a little over twenty minutes, which was great. I highly recommend it to fellow Chinese travelers. "Great location, 25 mins walk to the promenade. Room was great for what we needed as we didn’t spend too much time in there. Bathroom wasn’t very big but wasn’t a problem for us. Everyone was very friendly on reception and allowed us to check in a bit earlier. Also free wifi. Only downfall was that the walls were not very sound proof, could hear alot of doors banging and stomping from upstairs - but this was only minor. Great stay and just what we needed for 3 nights in Nice :) Merci"

"Good: - Spacious reception - Free water and coffee - Cleaned well - Easy to find - Good food Bad: - If on high bunk, no little storage bucket. - I arrived late at night. The reception asked for payment, and since I was tired, I just paid. They put me in a 5-bed dorm. The next morning, I remembered that I had pre-paid months ago for a 4-bed dorm. When I showed my booking to the reception, they passed it to the manager, who refunded me—but without any message or explanation. I ended up staying in the 5-bed dorm, as it wasn’t a major issue overall."

"A very well-located, modern hotel with a very fair price-performance ratio. Everything is clean, the staff is helpful and friendly. Free water, tea, and coffee are available at all times. The only downside: it's relatively noisy at night due to its central location. Those sensitive to noise may want to bring earplugs."

"Good value hotel even in high season. Location is very central, clean but size of standard rooms a little disappointing. Breakfast is average. Overall a good stop off and would consider again when in Nice."

"Great location, nice view from the entrance, friendly helpful staff. The room wasn’t as big as in the website pictures and didn’t have the same view either and was very dark. Very spacious bathroom though."

"Good location near railway station, clean and comfortable, walls a little thin , can hear other room ,room a little small , tap on sink badly placed on the side . Staff very friendly and helpful , bigger cases storage area needed ."
