Hotel location: The hotel is directly opposite the airport T1 and can be reached on foot. There are many hotels nearby, and the hotel prices are not much different. If you don’t like it, you can change the room. The room has a large wardrobe, which makes the room look smaller. It should be noted that the hotel does not provide drinking water and slippers. If you call the front desk, they will not be available. The rest of the service is still OK! The room is also relatively clean and tidy.

Disappointing ”Superior” Experience – Not Worth the Premium! We booked a Superior Room with a Sea View, but were assigned a room on Level 2 with a very poor view that certainly didn’t feel ”superior.” To make matters worse, the room was incredibly hot because the air conditioning wasn't working. When we raised this with staff, we were told the AC is only turned on during summer and were remarkably suggested to just ”keep the balcony door open.” The lack of attention to detail continued with the amenities. Despite being two guests, we were only given one small bottle of plain water per day. They also provided four coffee sachets but only two milks; the math just doesn't add up for a well reputed hotel. Very disappointing service for the price paid.
