KKENJO OWe had a truly wonderful stay at Maison Albar Hotels Le Victoria.
Upon arrival, we were thoughtfully upgraded to a single-occupancy room for our 3-night stay, as the twin room category was fully booked — a gesture we really appreciated. The room itself was exceptional. The mattress and pillows were among the most comfortable we’ve experienced, ensuring a great night’s rest throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the balcony, which added a relaxing touch to the overall experience.
The service was outstanding — attentive, warm, and consistently professional. The team truly made us feel well taken care of.
Location-wise, it is perfectly positioned in the heart of the city. Luxury boutiques such as Louis Vuitton, Chanel, and Balenciaga are just a few steps away, with many other shops and attractions within easy walking distance — extremely convenient for both shopping and exploring.
The only area for improvement would be the gym facilities, which are relatively limited. However, we easily found a well-equipped local gym just a 2-minute walk away, offering a great alternative with a more complete setup and lively atmosphere.
Overall, a fantastic stay with comfort, service, and location all coming together beautifully. We would definitely return. ✨

My Deluxe room was incredibly spacious, big, and super comfy, with a plush bed and sleek marble bathroom. The staff, were warm and attentive, making every moment seamless. Pet-friendly perks and a fair-trade espresso machine added a special touch. This elegant, modern haven is a Riviera gem—I’m already dreaming of my next visit! 🤩

GGuest UserThe location of Splendid Hotel & Spa in Nice was convenient, but the hotel itself feels a little dated. Unfortunately one of the lifts was not working during our entire stay, which made things less comfortable, especially during peak hours. Could smell sewage smell when out of the lift at 6th floor. Luckily room didn’t has that smell. Room pretty small.

GGuest UserThis hotel is located near the airport, so you might hear a bit of noise, but the soundproofing in the rooms is pretty decent. Right across the street, there's a bus stop that can get you to Nice Old Town in about half an hour, which is quite convenient. The check-in process at the front desk was incredibly slow; I'm not sure if it was a system issue, but I often saw a long queue of people waiting. The room itself was equipped with new and complete facilities, making for a comfortable stay. There's a rooftop pool and bar with a rather chic vibe, but the hotel rooms offer almost no sea view. If you're looking for a sea view, I'd suggest looking elsewhere.

TtperryThe hotel's location is incredibly convenient, nestled within a business park with readily available supermarkets and restaurants. It offers excellent value for money. It's also within easy walking distance from Nice Airport T1, nearby Tram stations, and the train station. The apartment-style rooms are clean and spacious, though daily housekeeping isn't provided. The double bed is a bit soft and narrow, but the refrigerator and kitchen utensils are perfect for self-catering. There's a free gym in the building, and the attached parking garage is easy to access, with a clearly marked entrance. The €12/day parking fee is very reasonable for the area. However, be aware that the ramps for entering/exiting and moving between floors in the parking garage are extremely narrow and feature sharp right-angle turns, so be prepared for a challenging drive!

GGuest UserThe location is convenient – about a 10-minute walk to Nice Riquier train station, and 20-25 minutes on foot to Place Masséna. Tram #1 runs nearby, and a bit further, from Place Garibaldi, you can catch tram #2 to the airport and tram #3. Across the street from the hotel is a shopping center with a Carrefour that we visited daily.
The room has almost everything you need for a stay, including a well-equipped kitchenette with a two-burner stove, microwave, kettle, capsule coffee machine (we don't drink coffee, so didn't use it), refrigerator, and dishwasher (with a few tablets provided). There was also dish soap, but no sponge (we had to buy one ourselves). There was also no cutting board (we bought one too). All necessary utensils are available (though for knives, there's only a small one for vegetables and a bread knife; a larger, all-purpose knife would have been nice). For those who care, there were no cooking essentials like salt, sugar, or spices, which are usually present in apartments of this type.
As warned beforehand, there's no cleaning service during your stay (there's a vacuum cleaner in the closet). You have to take out the trash yourself, and towels are not changed (there's a heated towel rail in the bathroom, which is very convenient; you can wash something and it dries quickly). The bathroom has liquid soap and shower gel, a bathtub, and a shower hose. An ironing board is available (I don't recall an iron as it wasn't needed). There's also a safe.
Our stay was quite satisfying, and we would book again.

The surrounding area has convenient transportation, making it easy to get to the city center or nearby towns.
However! If you stay here, make sure to keep your valuables with you. For items that are difficult to carry, put them in the safe before you leave!! My friend's jewelry was stolen from the room, and the manager, front desk, and staff all shirked responsibility, claiming they couldn't resolve it.
Also, those with light sleep should choose carefully and preferably bring earplugs. Sometimes, guests next door or upstairs might be catching early flights, and you can hear very loud noises in the early hours.

GGuest UserFantastic hotel with great location. Rooms were lovely with a terrace. Lovely touch at night with a turndown service. Chocolate and gold eye masks. Spa and rooftop pool were great especially after a long day sightseeing. Rooms cleaned to perfection and all fresh towels and bedding. Staff were fantastic especially Samantha who checked us in. She was friendly and gave plenty of recommendations for eating and heading out on day trips. She also brought balloons and welcome champagne as it was a special trip with a lovely card from the hotel staff. She was amazing and is a credit to the hotel.
Location 7mins to the beach and 7mins to the train station. Perfect for exploring the coast.
Will be returning to the hotel in the near future. Thank you for a special stay.

I booked the 'Sea View Executive Room' based on the pictures, but the room they gave me was more aligned with a room type that's 700-800 CNY cheaper. While it was on a higher floor, it wasn't what was advertised. I tried to resolve this with the front desk, but they couldn't switch me to the room type shown in the pictures. They ended up giving me a 50 Euro credit on my bill. Overall, the front desk service was mediocre, and their problem-solving skills were lacking. I suggest the official website update their room type photos to accurately reflect what guests will receive to avoid similar misunderstandings.
The sea view room faced a busy highway, so it was quite noisy. The hotel's private beach was also closed off with caution tape.
Breakfast was disappointing, not much variety and didn't taste good.
Would not recommend.
