I stayed there with my 3 and 5 year old children. The hotel lobby was small, but the entrance to the hot spring had a nice lodge-like structure with large wooden pillars. In the welcome space, you can enjoy roasting marshmallows using the irori hearth, snacks, and drinks, which the children enjoyed.
