Fantastic service and experience. Seamless check-in from the moment we were greeted at the front porch all the way being orienteered around the hotel and escorted to the hotel. Facilities immaculate, especially loved the Onsen. Information regarding our dietary requirements have been communicated well through the different teams at the hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located. The room is very comfortable and the environment is beautiful.
Excellent service. It was even more delicious and rich in the morning. My wife and daughter are very happy and satisfied. It is the first choice for accommodation in Zhongchansi Lake District.
