The location is superb, just at the entrance of Hanling Old Street, across the street from Hanling Art Museum and Dongqian Lake. There are dedicated parking spaces and there is no charge. My cousin’s ancestral home is Dongqian Lake, but he is now in Shanghai. The child is going to elementary school, and the family is going back to their hometown to play. This is a newly opened hotel with a very good location. As a Dongqian Lake person, I usually drive by and always look back. I booked two nights and could see Dongqian Lake directly through the window. I booked a lake view room. When I consulted the hotel, I was told that the lake view room only had a 2-meter bed. Since we are a family of three (the child is 7 years old), I booked an extra crib. Unexpectedly, after the guest arrived, he made it clear that he did not need an extra bed. It was already past 10 o'clock at night. The extra bed was cancelled, but the bed was not removed. When checking out, I found that the extra breakfast coupon for the extra bed had been used (the child was just over 1.2 meters tall). After explaining the situation, no extra bed fee was charged, nor was the booked extra bed breakfast fee. Very personal service. Absolute five-star service!

The experience was very pleasant. I went there with my wife and daughter along with one more couple. We enjoyed our stay pretty much. The food in the Chinese restaurant on the second floor was very delicious. I wish the breakfast was a bit better. The hot spring area is amazing! With so many different hot springs it's pretty easy to find privacy with your family in friends. The room was clean and beautiful. There is an old village very close by when you can find many souvenirs and food, as well as to experience the spirit of the village walking the small streets aside from the main touristic alley. From the village you can get on a hiking trail and enjoy the beautiful nature around the lake. I will definitely visit the hotel again!

All SoftBank and wine in the room are free. Since I didn’t want to go out to eat, I made a reservation for dinner with the front desk in advance. 558/bit. Children under 10 years old are not included. It seems that we are the only ones on the Mid-Autumn Festival night. The food is generally okay, and the portions are pretty much the same. The restaurant opposite is similar. They are an independent family. Yuan Hotel is run by a private owner, and the 🏍️ at the entrance is very eye-catching. The boss is said to be young and promising. I rented the hotel's not-so-new bicycle and rode leisurely around the lake. One city was full of mountains and half was a lake. The lakes and mountains complement each other, giving you a panoramic view. Passing through Hanling Old Street, there was a lot of traffic and people. Carefully avoiding tourists and little kids really tests my driving skills. Breakfast on the second day is also served on a seat-by-seat basis, so you need to decide your staple food in advance. Such as porridge, noodles, wonton stew, etc. The side dishes are all the same. The self-service area has some fruits and vegetables plus drinks and coffee. Room service is not very responsive. The front desk guy and other waiters are young and energetic. They have tried their best, but they just need a professional team or manager to coordinate, and the experience may be better. It is easy to open a store, but difficult to close it. Hotels, restaurants, coffee, craft breweries, and service industries are all the same. Hope it gets better and better. The hotel opened in 2020. This is a very pleasant little bed and breakfast located on the southern end of Dongqian Lake and in the tourist village Hanling. We stayed there for a weekend getaway. The accommodation we booked had two floors: the groundfloor had a sofa and a huge television (it's capable mobile phone broadcasting!) and the top floor featured a good size double bed and a balcony which I enjoyed sitting in when the sun sets. The rooms are clean and you get the usual amenities. So it's a fine place. I would recommend two improvements: the first is to have stronger aircon on the top floor to keep the room cool (albeit it was 40C outside!); and secondly but most importantly would be to install a bathroom door for some privacy otherwise your room mate is going to see you using the toilet!

家庭出遊選擇了這個別墅，停車挺方便的就在茶亭商業區，離商業區自帶的咖啡廳跟西餐都衹有幾步路。從天橋可以直接走到東錢湖邊，環境很好。 民宿真的很好看，也很乾凈用的品牌都是大牌，洗漱用的全套都是帕爾馬之水。一樓還有個大滑梯，娃們看到都超激動，房東還準備了蠻多小童桌游，我們大人也一起玩的很開心。 管家也是主打一個有問必答，還會推薦附近好吃好玩的，住下來體驗還是很滿意的，下次有機會來東錢湖玩的話還想帶着家人一起來～
