The ‘hot spring’ was an highlight, the bike ride ( yeah, electric for 24 hours) from next door bike hire, awesome. We had so much fun, could park the electric bikes without any hassle at the hotel bike park. Due to heavy rain we called the bike shop who agreed to pick them up by car the following day, without us having to take the back by ourselves. And the hotel was very helpful to leave them behind. Everyone , without fail, has been trained in customer service - it’s noticed! A wave and hello, always given whoever you pass. Yes, I would stay here happily again in the future! Ernst New Zealand

If you’re not needing the downtown CBD area, then this hotel isn’t for you. When I complained the second time, an employee told me Chinese people don’t like to sleep with the air conditioning on. I know that’s not true. Finally, the buffet breakfast was disappointing compared to other hotels of the same price/category. I won’t be returning.
