The guy at the front desk was warm, thoughtful and considerate. Once you arrive on the day, help navigate nearby parking lots. Then a series of help to check in. Because there is no breakfast, it is recommended to apply for membership, and membership activities are discounted. Parking fees are waived and breakfast is included. There are other benefits. Still a good deal. Coffee was also given as a gift. Haha, I felt very energetic all night after drinking it. The room is tidy and hygienic. All in all a very good experience. Recommended for friends who come to Ningbo city to stay.

DON'T have standard of IBIS. Very close to Gulao station on Line 2. Exit from gate A. Hotel is 3 mins walk away. Location is excellent. Rooms are small. Receptionist was helpful over phone and in person as well. Will recommend for maximum 2 days stay here.

Good hotel located just a 5 minute walk away from Tianyi square. The breakfast area was being renovated when I stayed, so didn't try the breakfast buffet. The room was clean and equipped with all basic amenities. Great value for money!

This could pose a challenge for non-Chinese guests who require assistance or have specific inquiries. During my two-night stay, I also noticed a strong smell of cigarettes in the room. This could be a concern for those who are sensitive to smoke or prefer smoke-free environments. Overall, the hotel's super location near Ningbo Railway Station was a major advantage. However, it is important to note the potential language barrier with the reception staff and the presence of a cigarette smell. Across from the railway station, nice room, everything worked inside. Don't expect 5 star cleanliness for this price, but it was good enough for me. Loved playing with the smart xiaodu device. Had it open and close the curtains, the lights and the tv. Kids would have loved it.
