I couldn’t leave! The views ,the beautiful spacious rooms! A 10/10 from me. It is absolutely perfect for a photoshoot, I took so many nice photos. I had such a great experience, the staff is really friendly. When I ordered food they sent it to my room immediately after delivery. Communication with the staff was flawless , they used a translator, others can speak English.Fast and quick check in process . Xinyi was so nice, very helpful. Breakfast was good, but hopefully there can be more western food in the restaurant. There’s a big shopping mall next to the hotel, walkable distance which makes the location even more convenient. I highly recommend this hotel.

The front desk was very friendly and proactively told me how to book a room at a better price. The location is good and it is very convenient to go anywhere. I didn't sleep well, so I told the front desk lady when I checked in, and she specially arranged a room facing inwards for me. Thank you ~ I will definitely come to your place next time I come to Ningbo.

I genuinely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling. The service is incredibly thoughtful and accommodating. They offer free luggage storage and late check-out, which is a real lifesaver. Every staff member is enthusiastic, and both cleanliness and service are top-notch. When I checked out, they even asked if I was driving and kindly offered a bottle of water. Fantastic experience!

The room is large and the preparation is relatively new. From the lobby to the room, there is a faint tea fragrance. Breakfast is also quite rich. Especially the location, the best location in Sanjiangkou, the convergence of Sanjiang, the ground is similar to Lujiazui, but there are more old Bunds than Lujiazui. Republic of China buildings, all kinds of dining and entertainment, watching the river view at night, visiting the Bund, looking at the bridge, and walking along the green road along the river in the morning.

This winter has been unusually mild, making us cherish autumn a little more. Suddenly, I realized autumn was gone, but the red maple leaves and yellow ginkgo trees offered a unique charm all their own. We made a last-minute decision to bring my parents and the baby to Ningbo, to savor the fresh seafood and try the unique Ningbo rice cakes. There were two main reasons we chose Ascott for our stay: first, its convenient location, and second, the impeccable service we received. Ningbo is home to some long-standing five-star hotels, which makes the newer brands stand out even more. A special thank you to Xiao Wang for the thoughtful hospitality. Ningbo's food is delicious! Ningbo is warm and inviting! We'll definitely be back!

The hotel was very clean overall, and the price was reasonable. The receptionist was friendly and gentle, and helpful in resolving any issues. There was ample parking with over a hundred spaces right in front of the hotel, which was very convenient. The rooms were fully equipped with everything you needed, and the shower was comfortable with good water temperature and strong pressure. The overall space was spacious and airy, and the soundproofing was good, so it didn't disturb my rest. Ordering takeout was also very convenient, with delivery taking only about ten minutes. The rooms were also impeccably clean. I recommend staying here, and I would definitely come back again!

Atour old bund provided best services and quality, cozy clean room! All staff are super friendly and helpful. Especially the front desk staffs and the cleaning lady located at 11th floor! Breakfast are very good for value and got a lot of varieties! Location is just located in heart of Ningbo, very convenient and just 30 mins to airport. ( early in the morning). I will definitely rebook this hotel again !

The hotel is really clean, and the towels are disposable, the traffic is very convenient, the old Bund and Vientiane City are nearby, there is a subway at the door, usually staying in the hotel is an e-sports hotel, this experience is really good

We encountered heavy rain on our check-in day. The hotel doesn't have its own parking, but the staff immediately arranged a shuttle service for us, which was incredibly thoughtful. The driver was enthusiastic and responsible, and he was also the one who drove us to the parking lot on check-out. We later found out he'd stopped his meal to come pick us up after receiving a call from the front desk – we were very touched by that. The front desk service was also attentive and detailed. We'll definitely choose to stay here again next time.

Location is opp Mix C which is very good. However, there is no lobby at Level 1. U wont know if didi would wait at the mc donald area or further away. Non smoking room but the common places are all smoking area. We can smell the cigarette when check in. Not recommended for non smokers. The router and remote control not working on our first night.. So we have to off the lights manually. The cleaning lady didnt close our door properly after she housekeeping. We noticed it when we came back to the room. I believed nothing is lost. Just that what if someone passed by and came in to take our things or left unknown things in the room.
