The boss also sent us breakfast, it was very rainy, and there was no time to take photos and videos. The hotel has a beautiful environment, fresh air, very clean and free parking. The food is delicious, and the fish head in the reservoir tastes absolutely perfect. Special thanks to the boss. Just when I was about to go to the hotel. I made several calls but no one answered (I called around 12:30 noon, and got a room card as soon as I arrived at the hotel. I drove to the room I was staying in. The room smelled bad. The environment was very bad, there was a big puddle at the door, and the sunshade on the balcony of the room was leaking. I contacted the front desk on WeChat to change the room, and they changed the room. It was acceptable that you must wear a swimming cap when swimming in the pool. When I went to buy a swimming cap, the front desk said that the auntie had gone off work. I couldn't buy a swimming cap. The swimming pool staff said it was not time to get off work yet. Finally, I asked the swimming pool manager to borrow a swimming cap. Besides, there was nothing to eat for breakfast. The environment and sanitation were acceptable. The service was really bad

到秋天了才偶然發現這玩水勝地，民宿環境很好，青山綠水加度假風格，很出片，我訂的複式滑梯房，小朋友非常喜歡，最關鍵的是很乾凈，服務態度也極好，床單被套都是新換的，房間已經被孩子搞亂了，沒拍照，反正跟宣傳的一樣，很滿意，我們第一天中午燒烤，晚上餐廳吃飯，蠻好吃的量也大，咖啡也不錯，明年夏天一定還要來！

I went to play on May 1st and found the homestay by accident. It was only 200 yuan for four people to eat for one night. The atmosphere of the homestay was great. I lay on the grass at night and watched the stars. The space in the homestay is very large, it is very comfortable to live, close to nature, and the scenery outside from the balcony is beautiful. The next day, the breakfast was nutritious and healthy. Although there was light rain, I still went to experience the fun of picking tea and fried tea. I experienced this activity for the first time. Great stay experience! The Jie brother who provides services is especially enthusiastic, fried tea and other knowledge, chatting is very happy!

This is a newly opened hotel. The accommodation experience was great, exceeding expectations. The hotel is well located in the center of Ningbo, with convenient transportation and close to various attractions. The room was clean and hygienic. I like the room decoration style, which is very Chinese. The staff are very enthusiastic. The sandwiches made by the aunt in the restaurant are great. The front desk lady is also very enthusiastic and efficient! Highly recommended. I will stay here again next time.

The room was clean, tidy, and well-equipped. The hotel is right next to Tianyi Square, which has beautiful night views, perfect for a stroll around. It's a shame the window view was blocked, so I couldn't see Tianyi Square from the room. Breakfast was pretty good too. The location is convenient, not far from the subway station and the train station.

Facilities: Well-equipped. Cleanliness: Very clean. Environment: Great. It's located above the No. 2 Department Store, yet it's very quiet. Convenient for getting around and shopping. Service: Excellent. The front desk staff were warm and attentive. I was very satisfied with my stay and extended for two more days.

I stayed at the Westin with a friend during the May Day holiday and had a good experience, so this time I specifically brought my mother to stay for two nights. The weather wasn't great, but the service was excellent, especially William Wang from the concierge. He greeted us enthusiastically as soon as we entered the hotel, helped with our luggage, and extended a warm welcome to my mother. I remembered him from my May Day stay; I didn't have my mother with me then so I didn't get his name, but I was struck by his friendliness. This time, traveling with three seniors, his exceptional service was even more apparent. Therefore, I'm giving the hotel service a five-star rating! The hotel facilities are a little outdated, but overall it's excellent, and I'll definitely choose to stay at the Westin again next time.

The room was spacious and well-equipped, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered a great view. Overall, it was very comfortable. The only downside was the significant traffic noise from downstairs at night, which might be an issue for light sleepers – I'd recommend earplugs. However, given the price, it's excellent value for money, and I'm very satisfied overall.
