Extremely satisfied! The location is fantastic. We stayed here for a few days and my whole family was very happy. Tiananmen Square is right in front, and everything is so close by. It was super convenient to get around; there's a bus stop right outside, and taking the subway to the high-speed rail station was a breeze. We'll definitely come back next time we have the chance. The service was excellent too!

The Ting Hotel is right in the heart of Ningbo, next to Drum Tower. Just a few days ago, Korean Go legend 'Stone Buddha' Lee Chang-ho was here playing against over 100 children to promote the game. This hotel offers great value for money, it's very clean, and there's a fantastic selection of breakfast options nearby where you can find authentic Ningbo local dishes.

After a year, I'm back at the Nanyuan Hotel in Ningbo, and it's just as delightful as ever! Last year, I was won over by their thoughtful service and it stayed with me. This time, the stay was again perfect, so comfortable and reassuring. I was pleasantly surprised when they kindly upgraded my room for free during check-in! 👍 The hotel environment is elegant and clean, with a warm and comfortable ambiance. During my two-day stay, the service was thorough, detailed, gentle, and enthusiastic. All my requests were handled quickly and properly, showing their dedication and care. I truly felt a warm 'home away from home' experience. This established hotel consistently delivers quality, with warm and attentive service. Its prime location is perfect for both leisure travelers and business stays. I sincerely recommend it to anyone visiting Ningbo. Next time I'm in Ningbo, I'll definitely choose Nanyuan Hotel again!

Bed an pillows are very comfortable. Shower area with rainfall design is superb. Toilet with automatic flush and bidet is also very comfortable. Location is near the metro station so its easy to roam around ningbo at a cheap price. Quiet and peaceful! Thumbs up!

Got upgraded to the Crowne Plaza next door. While it's a bit more upscale, the facilities are a little dated; the TV was an old model. Couldn't get it to work at first, so I called engineering, and they were pretty efficient at fixing the problem. Plenty of parking, and it's close to the City God Temple. The room was reasonably clean and relatively quiet. Overall, not bad.

The front desk lady was super pretty and sweet. I booked a special offer room, and she upgraded me to a Japanese-style tatami room for free. The room was incredibly clean, and it even had a hot water dispenser. You could see Tianfeng Tower right outside the window, and it looked quite beautiful when lit up at night. The environment was very quiet, no noise at all. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Ningbo!

This hotel largely maintains its old five-star standard. The cleanliness and food were both great, and the service was good too. The location is excellent, making it easy to get to all the attractions. However, some details could use improvement, like the dirty windows and the grimy-looking kettle – I didn't dare boil water for two days. Also, after a long day of sightseeing, I turned on the 'do not disturb' light, but a staff member still knocked twice. I wanted to write a 'do not disturb' note to put on the door but couldn't find any paper or a pen in any of the drawers. Overall, it's still a good place, and it would be even better with some minor improvements to the details.

Booked a queen room and got a free upgrade to a queen room facing Tianyi Square. The facilities are great, and the service is excellent. The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast spread was very generous. They also offer late-night congee, and replenish toiletries daily. The location is incredibly convenient, right by Gulou metro station which connects to Lines 1 and 2, making it super easy to get to Tianyi Square, Chenghuang Temple, and the Old Bund. Highly recommend!

Choosing the Wyndham Grand Plaza Royale Ningbo for my recent trip to Ningbo was absolutely the right decision! It definitely deserves a five-star rating! Let's start with the hardware – the rooms are spacious, the carpets are soft, making for a very comfortable stay. The bathroom, paved with white marble, feels very luxurious, and the addition of a smart toilet and a large bathtub is fantastic! Now, for the 'software' – the service – which truly deserves a special mention. I've stayed in many five-star hotels, and the service here is by far the best! When we checked in, the gentleman who assisted us was incredibly polite and well-mannered, and he even managed to upgrade our room when possible. The other staff members were seamlessly coordinated, whether it was helping with luggage storage or directing us to the elevators. Every time we left, the doormen and lobby concierges were so friendly and always waved goodbye, making us feel truly at home. The breakfast was also superb, and I even got to try the famous Ningbo tangyuan (rice balls). Ningbo is a beautiful city that left a lasting impression. When our trip ended, the hotel even arranged a car to take us to the airport. All connections were smooth and convenient. Even at checkout, the 'bellhop' proactively offered assistance, telling us to simply hand her the room card. The driver who took us to the airport was also incredibly polite! If there were a six-star rating, they would definitely earn it. Too bad I didn't take many photos!

This hotel used to be an IBIS, but now that they're independent, the savings are passed on to guests, making it great value for money. The vibe is perfect for backpackers, with creative artwork featuring names and images from around the world on the room walls. The location is excellent; you can take the subway directly to the airport and Ningbo Railway Station. Just exit from Gulou Subway Station's Exit A and it's a five-minute walk. Gulou itself is also about a ten-minute walk away. The area is quiet. In the evening, they even bring you warm milk – a nice touch! The front desk staff are very friendly.
