After a year, I'm back at the Nanyuan Hotel in Ningbo, and it's just as delightful as ever! Last year, I was won over by their thoughtful service and it stayed with me. This time, the stay was again perfect, so comfortable and reassuring. I was pleasantly surprised when they kindly upgraded my room for free during check-in! 👍 The hotel environment is elegant and clean, with a warm and comfortable ambiance. During my two-day stay, the service was thorough, detailed, gentle, and enthusiastic. All my requests were handled quickly and properly, showing their dedication and care. I truly felt a warm 'home away from home' experience. This established hotel consistently delivers quality, with warm and attentive service. Its prime location is perfect for both leisure travelers and business stays. I sincerely recommend it to anyone visiting Ningbo. Next time I'm in Ningbo, I'll definitely choose Nanyuan Hotel again!

This hotel is in a great location, very accessible, and close to the train station (about a 10-minute walk). It's also right by Tianyi Pavilion and Moon Lake Scenic Area. The front desk staff were friendly and provided excellent, personalized service.

The room was great, the bed and pillows were really comfortable, and the shower offered good privacy. The tea was surprisingly delicious. Right downstairs is the City God Temple pedestrian street, so it was a little noisy, but not a big issue. The breakfast looked diverse, but honestly, none of it tasted very good. They should consider reducing the variety and focusing on quality instead.

The room was clean and tidy, and quite smart. The soundproofing was excellent, so the room was very quiet. The location is superb, and the price was reasonable, offering great value for money. The common areas were also decent. It was such a thoughtful touch to come back after being out and enjoy a refreshing iced plum and lemon tea in the lobby, especially during the scorching summer heat. They also offer freshly ground coffee. The location is indeed excellent, making it convenient to get anywhere. I only had one night in Ningbo, so I went to the Old Bund in the evening and visited Tianyi Pavilion Library during the day, which was a relatively comfortable and not-too-tiring experience. My impression of Atour remains consistently good.

The hotel's location is super convenient if you're traveling by high-speed train. You literally can't miss it once you exit the North Square! 😂 Although the hotel is a bit older, it's generally clean and comfortable. The in-room amenities are also great, especially being able to order room service by scanning a QR code. The breakfast was excellent too, with a wide variety of delicious options. My only minor complaint is that the insect control needs improvement (there were quite a few small flies buzzing around the food in the salad area). Moon Lake Park is just a short walk away, making it incredibly easy to start a city walk from the hotel.

Reception Welcomed with warmth from the cold weather outside when you walk into the lobby area . Location Easy place to locate with various transport services around all parts of the town. Not far from my meeting points and the airport. Food Room beverage needs to be looked (No coffee) I didn't have the privilege to enjoy the breakfast buffet due to my morning rush to attend meetings. More dining places to explore since the hotel's restaurant closes early during the evening after my check-in at 8pm. Amenities TV and internet service are a bit complicated with various SMS registered accounts 😕 especially for travellers with no service but works finally. Rooms Nice stress free and spacious rooms with the Ruya Stress relief tub room, great choice. I was wondering where their steamers or irons were to press clothes in the laundry room but later moved onto something else. Cleanliness Calm and serene environment with passionate cleaning done with minor issues. Lovely place .

Nearby parks are within walking distance, and there's a wide variety of restaurants and snack bars along the street, making daily dining and shopping very convenient. The general cleanliness of the rooms is acceptable, with regular cleaning done adequately. However, the hotel building is quite old, and fixtures like furniture and bathroom facilities show obvious signs of aging, impacting the overall user experience. The window panes were heavily dusty and poorly cleaned, making the view outside hazy. Cleaning details need significant improvement. The front desk and service staff were indifferent, providing standard responses without proactive or thoughtful service. Overall, its prime location is a major plus for those who prioritize convenience for exploring and shopping. However, the outdated hardware, poor detailed cleaning, and subpar service are significant drawbacks. If you're looking for a high-quality stay, you might want to reconsider.

Booking this hotel was the best decision we made for our family trip. From the welcome tea upon arrival to the warm assistance from staff member Liu Chen, who patiently helped us arrange a room upgrade and provided extra blankets, every detail was thoughtful. The bedding was so soft and comfortable that both the elderly and children slept exceptionally well. The hotel breakfast was also very substantial, and everyone was very satisfied!

Every time I come to Ningbo, I stay here. I'm a regular now. All the room facilities are meticulously maintained and spotless, absolutely no complaints. The breakfast offers a good variety and tastes great. Plus, every room type here has a unique layout, so it's not repetitive at all. It's comfortable and hassle-free to stay, I'll definitely be back!
