This hotel is in a great location, very accessible, and close to the train station (about a 10-minute walk). It's also right by Tianyi Pavilion and Moon Lake Scenic Area. The front desk staff were friendly and provided excellent, personalized service.

The hotel's location is super convenient for getting to all the attractions. The front desk staff were really helpful; my friends hadn't arrived yet, and they specially arranged for our rooms to be on the same floor. The room itself was spacious, bright, and comfortable, with huge windows offering beautiful city views. The breakfast was also rich and delicious. I'll definitely choose and recommend this hotel again next time I'm in Ningbo.

Not far from my meeting points and the airport. Food Room beverage needs to be looked (No coffee) I didn't have the privilege to enjoy the breakfast buffet due to my morning rush to attend meetings. More dining places to explore since the hotel's restaurant closes early during the evening after my check-in at 8pm. Amenities TV and internet service are a bit complicated with various SMS registered accounts 😕 especially for travellers with no service but works finally. Rooms Nice stress free and spacious rooms with the Ruya Stress relief tub room, great choice. I was wondering where their steamers or irons were to press clothes in the laundry room but later moved onto something else. Cleanliness Calm and serene environment with passionate cleaning done with minor issues. Lovely place .

Very pleasant stay, room is quite new, smart (AI voice activated) lighting, curtains control. Clean sheets and linens, comfortable contour pillows. Lots of free to view movies. Although the hotel is located on a busy market street, sound proofing is good, quiet and cosy inside. Convenient location, between 2 metro stations, many shops nearby. Free to use washing machines in spacious laundry room which is a plus. Staff are courteous.

Stayed here for a business trip. The room was quiet and peaceful, and the bed was large and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. It was spotlessly clean, and all the essentials like power outlets and a bedside lamp were readily available. The natural light was excellent, making the room feel bright and open. The location is convenient, and overall, it offers great value for money. It was a hassle-free and comfortable stay, making it my top choice for business travel.

Booking this hotel was the best decision we made for our family trip. From the welcome tea upon arrival to the warm assistance from staff member Liu Chen, who patiently helped us arrange a room upgrade and provided extra blankets, every detail was thoughtful. The bedding was so soft and comfortable that both the elderly and children slept exceptionally well. The hotel breakfast was also very substantial, and everyone was very satisfied!

Breakfast was abundant, with fresh and refreshing dishes that really suited a Chinese palate. Taking a walk by the river right outside the hotel in the morning was very pleasant. This is an excellent hotel; when traveling, you can definitely choose Manju.

Now when I travel, I either go to All Seasons or Atour. Recently, I prefer All Seasons because the room is equipped with 8 bottles of mineral water, and I can ask for more at any time. It's so friendly! The train was in the afternoon, and the girl at the front desk helped me delay the check-out until 2 o'clock. I went to Tianyi Pavilion and Yuehu Lake in the morning and came back to take a shower before checking out. The hotel is in a great location, 10 minutes walk to Ningbo Station, 8 minutes to Tianyi Pavilion, and it is also very convenient to take buses to various attractions nearby.
