The room was nice and comfortable. The overall experience of the hotel is good, the location is convenient, and the surrounding dining and shopping are complete. The room was clean and tidy, the layout was reasonable, the bedding was soft and sleepy, the bathroom facilities were intact, and the hot water supply was stable. The staff was polite and welcoming, and the check-in and check-out were efficient. The sound insulation effect is acceptable and the environment is quiet. The fly in the ointment is that some details need to be improved, the price is online, the overall is in line with expectations, business trips are suitable, and I will consider staying next time I have the opportunity.

I extended my stay at this hotel for several days, and my experience was absolutely fantastic! I have to give a huge shout-out to the service – whether it was the front desk or the housekeeping staff, everyone was incredibly friendly and thoughtful. Any requests were handled promptly, which made me feel very comfortable. The room was cleaned spotlessly every day, making for a very pleasant stay, and it even had a coffee machine. A special thank you to the lady who checked us in on the first day, the hard-working staff in the restaurant every day, and the gentleman who helped us get a taxi and loaded our luggage on the last day!

Pet-friendly stay (under 20kg) package: It's great for bringing your dog, the surroundings are quiet, and food delivery is convenient. Mina at the front desk provided excellent service; we arrived quite late, had a few requests, and she responded promptly every time.

This is my preferred hotel when making my trips to Ningbo University. Rooms are clean and nice. Located in the centre of shops and restaurants just opposite of Ningbo University East Gate. Plentiful of restaurants and shops around. Since the hotel is above the shoplots there maybe noise from the streets but it is bearable. Easy to get Didi and about 500 meters from Metro Station. There is a free for use washing machine and dryer. For the price that we are paying, it is worth staying.

The hotel I stayed at this time was really comfortable. The service and attention to detail were very thoughtful. The receptionist was especially welcoming and even helped us plan our route around the area. Check-out was also smooth, and they even gave us a gift bag. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, including porridge, steamed buns, and eggs, which was very satisfying. The room and bathroom were spotless, making me feel very safe and secure. We drove here, and the free parking was convenient. The basement entrance was also easy to find, making it convenient to go out for a stroll at night. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and will definitely choose this hotel again next time I come to Zhenhai!

I came to Ningbo with my friends and chose this store. The experience was great! The room was clean and tidy, the facilities were complete, the front desk service was warm and intimate, the location was very close to Ningbo University and Lulin Market, and the travel was particularly convenient. The price is full, I will stay here next time!

Facilities: The internal facilities are a bit old and the hygiene is OK, but the environment outside the hotel is elegant and you can park for free. The service of the waiter and boss is really good👍The front desk lady has a good attitude.

Good,clean, but be careful when choosing the room. I chose the cheapest room and it turned out the room was at the back of the hotel and it has no elevator with old building. The good one is at the new building which has higher price.

Perfect for its price. Very cosy pillows and mosquito nets. Everything works. The hotel is separated from the road with the lake and trees.
