Room: There is still some peculiar smell. In addition, because the room is facing the road, the sound insulation is not good enough. There is a noticeable noise, but fortunately I am relatively tired and it does not affect my sleep. Breakfast: Very satisfied, with various varieties, and the dishes are of good quality and delicious! Lobby: Good signage, warm and fast service.

[Boutique Hotel] This is my first time to Ningbo and staying at Kaiyuan Manju Hotel. I feel really good. First of all, the surrounding environment is very beautiful, surrounded by water on three sides and very quiet. The interior of the room is very clean and well equipped. The breakfast is also rich, and the fried eggs are delicious. I changed to another hotel on the third day because of the itinerary, and I felt very uncomfortable after checking in. There is really no harm if there is no comparison. Remember to stay at Kaiyuan Manju Hotel next time. Also, welcome fruits and snacks on the first day of stay.

Great hotel with a nice modern rooms! The arrival process was very smooth and the staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful! The room was spacious with very cozy sofa area. I like the complimentary Chinese tea and the tea set which was in the room. Also the bathroom toiletries was very unique and of a high quality. The location is right next to the culture plaza area and all the shopping and dining area. There is also a nice park next to the hotel. I will definitely recommend this hotel for its great price value, nicely designed rooms and for wonderful hospitality!

It's a very serious hotel, not like a casual hotel, and it is owned by Huazhu along with Four Seasons and Orange. The sound insulation is good, you can't hear the snoring next door. Not far from Dongqian Lake Scenic Area, it is cost-effective to drive and check in after soaking in the hot springs. Breakfast is relatively simple and filling.

I travel a lot for work and this is the first time writing a bad review ever. I was disappointed with this hotel for 2 reasons: 1. Staff at front desk does not speak English. Although my Chinese is OK, they were unwilling to help me. I had an issue with a booking (caused by trip.com). Trip was very friendly and helpful. Staff at front desk told me it wasn’t their problem that they couldn’t find a booking and I should figure it out with the agent, however I clearly had a confirmed booking on my phone. I know the problem wasn’t caused at the hotel, but at the same time I have a booking here with a payment FOR YOUR HOTEL. The least you can do is do everything you can to help me check this issue. Furthermore I had to cancel one night booked for my colleague due to change of plans. If they told me from the beginning cancellation is not possible, my colleague would’ve changed the plan accordingly. The staff told me I should check with trip.com and if they could process the cancellation the hotel can agree. However, we spend 2 days going back and forth, talking to the front desk and talking to trip.com customer service to try and figure it out. Finally at 10 pm (!!!) of the night of the cancellation they finally informed me they cannot cancel. By that time it was too late and my colleague already checked into another hotel, so we spend double the money for no reason. 2. The breakfast is not good, food is low quality. The hotel is clearly locally managed, you can feel it in terms of customer service and food quality. I do not recommend.

離東錢湖不遠，但還有一段距離，床品設施可以，熱水空調都很足，房間不冷，可是奇怪的是大廳沒開空調！早飯也還行，有雪菜肉絲麵年糕和小混沌，稀飯煮的很好，鹹鴨蛋也不錯，炒飯太硬，豆漿就是糖浠水吧，榨菜真咸，還有奇怪的是前台要交200押金，說是損害賠償或消費，回房間看房間根本沒有可消費的東西，那就是損害賠償準備，可是不給押金收據，我又回前台要，她解釋說都不給，還說我的錢還沒到她帳上，可是我查了支付寶顯示到她酒店名下了，可能和攜程還有流程，但是我看不出來啊，攜程協議裏也沒說要收押金啊？然後我的支付寶裏也沒顯示押金明細，短信里也沒收到信息明示啊！還說我不應該不信任她，她不會沒收了這錢，我說我給錢你給收條證明不應該嗎？不給我不應該要嗎？借錢還有欠條呢！你不信任才要押金，那不給我收條，我憑啥信任你啊？然後問我是不是沒住過高級酒店！真奇葩，難道這是9🌟酒店？沒印象哪個高星級酒店要交押金的？不知道是她沒住過還是啥意思！她沒穿工作衣，穿了個毛絨絨的冬衣是啥星級設計啊？從沒見過哪個酒店服務生如此傲慢與偏見無禮！反正就是感覺奇葩，沒素養！退房時我不提醒，也沒告知要退我錢，讓我查收，我提醒了，把條給服務生（另一個）才給我錢！

I haven't stayed in a hotel under Kaiyuan before, and I wanted to experience it when I saw the newly opened M. Sure enough, I was not disappointed. Due to the large number of guests in front of me when I checked in, I waited for a while. Xiao Cheng and Xiao Dai at the front desk upgraded me to a high-end business double room for free. Opening the door was a pleasant surprise. The room was super large and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom is clean and tidy. Five-star praise, will stay in Ningbo next time.

If you’re not needing the downtown CBD area, then this hotel isn’t for you. It’s difficult to find due to one-way streets, and all the drivers had trouble finding the entrance, which was always filled with several parked cars making it more difficult for drivers to enter/exit. The views in the room are all of other buildings across the street. However, the worst part of my experience was when the hotel disabled the air conditioning in the room in the middle of the night. When I complained, I was moved to a larger room that was literally 1 degree cooler, and an electric fan was placed in the bedroom. But between 1 and 4am, the room was sweltering, as many hotels are in smaller cities around China. I understand local brands doing this to save money, but this is an international brand. When I complained the second time, an employee told me Chinese people don’t like to sleep with the air conditioning on. I know that’s not true. Finally, the buffet breakfast was disappointing compared to other hotels of the same price/category. I won’t be returning.

I lost a book when I checked out. The guy at the front desk called me in time. Thank you very much for the good review🌹 To be honest, the room is not good, I feel itchy when I sleep at night. I don’t know if it’s mosquitoes or the sheets haven’t been changed. The toothbrush in the bathroom is torn apart and there is no separate one. Shampoo room is a combination of washing and bathing. If you choose this hotel, remember to bring your own shampoo. I only washed my hair when I ordered takeaway from **~ Anyway, the facilities are so-so. It feels very old and not soundproof. The only advantage is that KFC delivers breakfast on time It's delicious. The review is over

There are a bus stop opposite and a lots of bikes/scooters on the opposite pavement, the location is good for those who would like to use public transport. You can also take a walk to shopping malls near there ~ 300m. Tianyi Pavilion & Nantang Old Street is not very far from here, you can ride a bike, take a bus or grab a didi, i remembered around only 4-5km. Since our travel plan was changed last minute, we just stayed here one night and cancelled the another night to go to Putuoshan which is around 100km from Ningbo
