The environment is quiet and peaceful, with lots of greenery around and no noise. The decor is simple and tasteful, without any cheap-looking ornaments. The room is spacious, the mattress is just right – not too soft, not too hard – and the pillows are soft. The bedding is skin-friendly and breathable. The bathroom has a wet/dry separation, hot water is stable, and both lighting and ventilation are excellent. Everything is meticulously clean with no strange smells, and the soundproofing is also good, making for a truly relaxing and comfortable stay. Front desk attendant Kitty provided very thoughtful and attentive service.

The front desk staff were very welcoming, offering bottled water, snacks, and two mooncakes. The place was clean and hygienic, with surprisingly thoughtful amenities: charging cables were provided by the bedside, and there were special hooks for drying clothes… The mattress and pillows were of high quality, and the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet area. Highly recommended!

The villa in Phase 2 was fantastic! The environment was lovely, and the two bedrooms were spotless. One of the rooms even had a bathtub, and there was a small riverside patio with a table, chairs, and a parasol. It would be perfect for a family chat out there if the weather was cooler. The hotel service was excellent. When checking in, I added Xianxian, our personal butler, on WeChat. After that, whenever we had a problem or needed a buggy, I just messaged Xianxian on WeChat, and the response was incredibly fast. Thumbs up! The hotel overall has a great resort feel. If you want to use a larger outdoor pool, you can go to their sister hotel, Kaiyuan Resort Jiulong Lake, for a swim.

I arrived in the early morning, and the front desk upgraded my room. The room was large and the environment was nice. Upon entering, I noticed stains on the bedside table, which I could wipe off with a wet wipe… There was a constant rattling sound from the window. I extended my stay the following night. Next to the bed was the washbasin, and a terrible sewer stench began to rise, an unbearable smell that persisted, even clogging the sink drain didn't help. So I called the front desk, and they sent a man. I greeted him with ”Hello,” and he came in silently, chewing gum, and sprayed a lot of air freshener, which was pungent. After the air freshener smell wore off, the stench returned, making it impossible to sleep. In the afternoon, around 1 PM, construction noise became incessant; I don't know when it started, but the running water turned orange…

I've been following this hotel since it was under renovation, all the way to its opening. Today, I specifically made time to experience this international hotel. The overall experience was excellent. The lobby design is very upscale, and the staff are enthusiastic. The room layout on the upper floors is great, exceptionally quiet, and the hygiene is spotless. The breakfast was delicious, featuring our Ningbo-style glutinous rice balls, and the handmade wontons were fantastic. It's definitely worth recommending to everyone and worth staying at. A pride for Zhenhai locals.

Location is alright, a bit far from the centre but there is a metro station 10mins away. The room I stayed is is very spacious with a projector, pillows are super soft and all the other beddings were actually so comfortable and new, with this price it’s very value overall:) also shout out to the housekeeping ladies they were super nice and helpful! Would recommend.

The location of the hotel is very clever, close to Fengyuan subway station, only a few minutes walk to reach, whether it is to go back and forth to Ningbo City, or to Zhenhai local Zhaobao Mountain, Ningbo University and other attractions, public transportation is very convenient, no need to entangle traffic jams at all. For friends traveling by car, the hotel is equipped with free parking and charging pile facilities. The self-driving party does not have to worry about parking and renewal. The surrounding dining and supermarkets are also available. It is very convenient to eat and purchase, and it is far from the hustle and bustle of the downtown. It can easily meet the needs of life and travel, and the quiet location in the middle of noisy is just right. This was my first time staying at Zhaobaoshan Hotel and I was very satisfied. I loved the lobby's decor style, which reflects the 'Zhuangyuan' (top scholar) culture. The front desk staff were very welcoming and even upgraded our room. Xiao Lin, Xiao Zheng, and Xiao Shi at the front desk provided excellent and thoughtful service. The room was also clean. I will definitely stay here again!
