Hotel was quite comfortable. Breakfast spread was varied and interesting. Great ambience and clean rooms. Highlight was definitely the service and staff. They were polite, friendly, helpful. Special mention to Lucien who went above and beyond to help us with places to visit, directions, checking to see if places were open etc. without his support it would be a bit difficult navigating during Chinese New Year.

Dancheng&Surrounding Areas/Songlan Moutain/Water Park
The room was as comfortable, spacious and clean as always. The balcony overlooked the sea view. There were many parent-child activities in the hotel. We also checked in the indoor heated swimming pool and the Blue Little Master Park. The children didn't want to leave. Special thanks to the duty manager Keely. The thoughtful service and kind smile made people feel like spring breeze. The two days in the hotel made us feel at home and we all praised this hotel.

The second day I came to Ninghai, I stayed at the Sheraton Hotel! Hotel environment is good! I still like the bedding of Sheraton! 1.35 meters bed! The hardness and softness are moderate! Tucao point: 1 The staff at the front desk of the hotel seem to be not very skilled, very rusty...so the action is very slow, 2 The hotel door will not take the initiative to help guests open the door or take luggage! Several times in and out of the hotel, it was not the door that was listening to the voice call or standing still...3 The screw behind the mirror in the bathroom was not tightened, but it was proposed that the engineering department would arrange someone to fix it soon after, and the response was still very fast, but this kind of problem would be better to check in advance? The first time I stayed at this Sheraton in Ninghai, the overall experience was barely satisfactory, so so! Supplement 4: I just found that the coffee in the room is American. Shouldn't there be milk powder normally? I found that I didn't call the front desk, and the answer was very casual and said, ”If you are out of stock, you may not put it. I will help you ask the room or?”... This really shouldn't be a service response that a five-star hotel should have. In summary, I changed the comment. Originally, three stars can now have two stars!
