Extremely satisfied. The hotel is beautiful, offering afternoon tea and white fungus soup in the evening. The room was spacious, and the nuts, biscuits, and drinks inside were all complimentary. I particularly enjoyed sitting on the room's balcony, just staring at the lake and daydreaming. Customer service representative Xiao Xing followed up throughout my stay. I had to disturb them at 7 AM and 11 PM due to various reasons, but Xiao Xing always responded promptly. Especially since I was cycling around the lake and had an early start, breakfast wasn't ready yet. Xiao Xing thoughtfully delivered fresh flower cakes and drinks to my room at 11 PM the night before. The service was truly attentive.

I brought my kids to Lugu Lake and was worried about the guesthouse's conditions before checking in. However, it completely exceeded my expectations and gave my kids so many pleasant surprises. Now I understand why it has so many good reviews! 👍 First, the service: every staff member was warm and polite. Someone always helped us with our luggage upon arrival and departure. Our 'Zhoma' (staff member) in particular was enthusiastic, thoughtful, and meticulous, truly making us feel at home! 👍 The hotel environment is truly excellent, right by the lake. Sitting on the balcony, sipping coffee and enjoying the lake view was incredibly relaxing. It was very quiet at night; besides the sound of the waves, there was hardly any noise. Even I, who has extremely high standards for sleeping environments, slept soundly until morning! 👍 The hygiene and cleanliness were even more impressive. You can tell the owner pays great attention to detail. All disposable amenities were provided, including disposable toilet seat covers, disinfectant wipes, and even feminine products. I didn't even need to use my own disposable items! 👍 Plus, the hotel also offered a nine-grid breakfast, afternoon tea, and goodnight desserts. Every little detail was incredibly thoughtful! 👍 If I ever get the chance to visit Lugu Lake again, or if friends come to visit, I will definitely recommend this hotel! 👍👍👍

The lake view is unbeatable, and the design is excellent. The first three photos were taken with my phone from the lobby. Sitting by the window, enjoying a meal while admiring the lake view, was incredibly relaxing; it truly felt like a vacation, not just a quick photo op. And the food here is delicious, especially the Mosuo pastry with that wonderfully fragrant honey! The room was spacious and comfortable, and kept very clean. The counter-clockwise route they recommended was perfect for avoiding crowds. The staff (both guys and girls) were all super enthusiastic!

I booked a designer hotel right by the lake in Daluoshui Village this time. The butler contacted me in advance to arrange my check-in, and there was a dedicated car to pick me up from the entrance of Daluoshui Village. The hotel is very new, the room had no strange odors, and the amenities were quite comprehensive. The butler, Zhaxi Yangge, provided warm and thoughtful service, and even gave me a souvenir when I left. P.S. The scenery was incredible all three days I was here, and coupled with the hotel's exceptional service, this trip to Lugu Lake was absolutely worth it!

Location of the hotel is perfect for anyone visiting lugu lake. Imagine waking up to the view of the lake and mountains. The hotel is also fairly new with beautiful deco and they have prepared many thoughtful things include disposable towels, disposable bath tub towel, free daily afternoon tea and a short photoshoot. The front desk staff 阿文was also very helpful. A couple of things I wished went better: - breakfast: selection was quite limited and mainly Chinese food. Was not an issue for me as I typically don’t take breakfast. - limited toilet paper: unfortunately my husband and I were down with food poisoning during the trip so the toilet paper quickly became a scarcity. - inconsistent temperature in the shower: the shower on my first night toggled between icy cold and steamy hot even without me adjusting the temperature. Overheard from other guests that they had the same issue as well. The hotel thankfully was able to fix it on my second night. - mattress was too hard, and it felt like I was sleeping directly on the floor… unfortunately the hotel didn’t have an option to add on a topper and it really affected my sleep quality during the two nights we were there. However, preference for a softer mattress is personal. Would have been nice if the hotel has toppers prepared for guests who prefer a softer bed. Overall, it was still a pleasant experience and I’d recommend for anyone visiting lugu lake.

I compared several hotels when I was initially choosing one, and after some hesitation, I felt this one generally met my expectations. And indeed, I wasn't disappointed after checking in. The staff helped me with my luggage and even gave me information on local travel routes and transportation. They responded quickly and proactively to all my questions. Thumbs up to their staff! The room was very clean, and the bedding was of good quality. I'm quite particular about bedding, and I found it very comfortable. The courtyard was beautiful, with comfortable chairs and fresh air. The weather here is great right now, and I'm very satisfied with this trip!

Lugu Lake still feels quite untouched and not overly commercialized, with fewer crowds. This particular B&B, Shui Tian Yi She in Daluoshui Village, is excellent! [Strong recommendation] The room was spotless, even the sofa cushions in the living room were impeccably clean! It faces Lugu Lake and Gemu Goddess Mountain directly, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing, dining, and entertainment. The staff at the B&B were all very kind. As soon as we entered the backyard after a day out, someone would come out to greet us, offer an umbrella, or ask if we needed a late-night snack or afternoon tea. They were very enthusiastic about helping with travel planning or arranging boat rentals, and the boat prices were reasonable. The room rates were also very good; our duplex room was 488 a night, and I felt it was even more comfortable than some rooms costing over a thousand! Families with children would love this type of room; even my 'big kid' son enjoyed playing games in the ball pit under the slide. Plus, there are three adorable cats at the property, and one of them loved coming into our room to play [chuckle]. Oh, and in the evenings, you can enjoy free live music with singing and guitar at the front desk bar.

This guesthouse in Lugu Lake is truly an all-rounder, perfect for couples, families with children, or even multi-generational trips! It's located on the edge of Daloshui Village, offering a peaceful retreat while still being within walking distance to the main street for shopping and dining – incredibly convenient. Right outside, you'll find a stony beach leading directly to Lugu Lake, making it easy to stroll, admire the lake views, and spot the 'Water Willow' flowers. During this trip, I also saw guesthouses around Langfang Village, most of which were quite remote with limited amenities nearby. In comparison, for the same price point, this guesthouse is a no-brainer. The guest rooms are also quite spacious for this price range, providing a comfortable and unconfined stay. The staff, particularly Yezi, offers thoughtful and attentive service, and the in-house dining is excellent – both the afternoon tea and breakfast are exquisite. We were so satisfied with the overall experience that we extended our initial two-night booking by an extra night. Considering its location, rooms, service, and food, there are absolutely no shortcomings. It's a very reliable choice when visiting Lugu Lake. I'd definitely stay here again on my next visit and highly recommend it to all fellow travelers!

Had a great experience! The hotel has a very stylish design and a good location, very close to the lake. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a particularly comfortable first-row lake view. The room was clean and tidy, and the facilities were convenient to use. The rooftop observation deck is perfect for photos. The hotel staff (Xiaobin) were very welcoming and even gave us a souvenir when we left. They offer free pickup and drop-off at the bus stop. Breakfast was nutritious and delicious, and there was even a sweet nightcap soup in the evening. Overall, the stay was relaxing and pleasant. It's definitely a worthwhile choice when visiting Lugu Lake, and I'd consider staying here again next time.

Booked two rooms, both were excellent. Before we even arrived, customer service representative Yangyang arranged for staff to help us with our luggage and get us settled into our rooms. Any issues we had were promptly addressed. They sent me information about things to do via text, and I could ask questions if anything was unclear. The service was fantastic! 👍
