"Came here to relax and unwind with a friend. The hotel arranged for someone to pick us up and drop us off at the bus station, which was really thoughtful. The moment we saw the hotel, we were impressed by its grand appearance and surroundings. The courtyard is also very spacious and beautifully landscaped with lots of flowers and plants. The hotel is right by the lake, so it's a very short walk to go and explore, which saved us a lot of hassle for sightseeing. During check-in, the front desk proactively upgraded our room. The overall hardware facilities are excellent; the bathroom has a smart toilet, and the hairdryer is a Laifen, plus the cleanliness was impeccable – we felt completely comfortable during our stay. The hotel provides breakfast, which was very convenient as we didn't have to go out and look for a restaurant, saving us a lot of trouble. My friend wasn't too keen on it, but I thought it was pretty good. For this price, the quality is fantastic, offering great value for money."

"I chose Jingran on Ctrip for a long time in advance and finally stayed at Jingran. I was not disappointed, only pleasantly surprised. The room was clean and hygienic, and the layout was practical and reasonable. After entering the room, I just enjoyed myself and didn’t take any pictures. I thought I had to take two pictures when I was about to leave. The service was also very attentive. The guy at the front desk responded to every request and delivered things very quickly. Afternoon tea was provided, which was simple and exquisite. Although the coffee in the lobby was free, the taste did not disappoint. From this point of view, the operator must treat guests attentively. There is an independent large restaurant at the entrance of the hotel. Terraces and lawns are also rare in Lugu Lake. It is so enjoyable to bask in the sun under an umbrella and watch the boats coming and going. In short, Jingran is a hotel worth staying in and recommending."

"The hotel is very new, and the front desk service was excellent. They proactively upgraded us to a lake-view room. The hotel is right by the lake, and even if it's not a lake-view room, it's still great. You can walk right out of the front door onto the lakeside path, which is practically right next to the lake. The scenery is absolutely beautiful. The housekeeping staff were also very helpful in recommending attractions. Sitting on the balcony and looking at the lake view was truly refreshing. It's definitely worth staying at. There's also a courtyard with parking, and a swimming pool on the first floor. It's a great hotel, and I highly recommend staying there."

"The hotel is well-equipped, clean and tidy, with a nice environment. You can see the beautiful scenery of Lugu Lake from the window. The service lady boss is very good, but the service auntie seems to be impatient. She urges us for breakfast and always says she is so annoying. 😂, we checked out at noon and she swiped the card to open the door before we checked out, which scared us. The rest is really good, and the lady boss is very nice!"

"A 100% satisfying stay, I honestly couldn't find a single flaw~ 1. The cleanliness was impeccable! They even provided a bath set and nail clippers, which shows incredible attention to detail. 2. The facilities were excellent; the room had a humidifier. The underfloor heating kept us wonderfully warm, and the shower water temperature was perfect. The restaurant also had high chairs and tableware for children. 3. The staff provided exceptional service! We truly felt looked after. They even helped us plan our sightseeing routes. A big thank you to all the staff! 4. The food at the restaurant was delicious! Since it was cold in winter, and everyone was tired from exploring all day and didn't want to go out to find food, we ended up eating at the hotel restaurant for three meals, and each one was fantastic! You could tell a lot of thought went into the breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner. Finally, two very thoughtful details: 1. Coming in winter meant big temperature swings between day and night. The staff put protective covers on our car every evening to prevent frost in the morning. This level of thoughtfulness was amazing, thank you. 2. When we ordered beer at the restaurant, the glasses were specially chilled. Haha, it felt like a 'late-night drink' kind of experience! (referencing a Japanese TV show/manga about enjoying drinks)"

"My parents visited Lugu Lake a few months ago and, while circling the lake, passed by a B&B that they fell in love with. They highly recommended it right away, and a few months later, we stayed there again during our Yunnan vacation. The owner and the young woman who manages the B&B were very welcoming. Let me start with the accommodation: The B&B has a large, beautifully maintained courtyard, and everything is spotlessly clean!!! The room is spacious and airy, with a view of the lake. The amenities are all modern, and the bathrooms are all Kohler, guaranteeing high quality. Food: My parents had two meals at the B&B during their visit and were very satisfied. The chickens are raised in the courtyard, and there's a pond in the courtyard with golden trout, rainbow trout, and other species. We happened to see them harvesting matsutake mushrooms when we arrived, and the owner even gave us a taste of their homemade mushroom oil. The rice noodles for breakfast were delicious! Travel: The B&B is located in Sanjia Village, not far from the bustling Daluo River and the various docks. The village is naturally peaceful and natural, making it convenient for entering and exiting Lugu Lake, and it can also be used as a starting point for a lake tour. Overall, it is highly recommended. Time is limited this time, so I will definitely stay here again next time!"
