The ambiance and decor are top-tier for a guesthouse, and the breakfast was incredibly generous too. A standout feature was the Daewoo wall-mounted washing machine in every room, which was a huge relief for any laundry worries. Before this Lugu Lake trip, I'd been a bit nervous after checking the weather. But to my surprise, we had perfect weather: clear skies during the day and rain only at night for both days. This, combined with the comfortable stay, made for truly unforgettable memories."

The scenery is absolutely beautiful. The housekeeping staff were also very helpful in recommending attractions. Sitting on the balcony and looking at the lake view was truly refreshing. It's definitely worth staying at. There's also a courtyard with parking, and a swimming pool on the first floor. It's a great hotel, and I highly recommend staying there."

"My parents visited Lugu Lake a few months ago and, while circling the lake, passed by a B&B that they fell in love with. They highly recommended it right away, and a few months later, we stayed there again during our Yunnan vacation. The owner and the young woman who manages the B&B were very welcoming. Let me start with the accommodation: The B&B has a large, beautifully maintained courtyard, and everything is spotlessly clean!!! The room is spacious and airy, with a view of the lake. The amenities are all modern, and the bathrooms are all Kohler, guaranteeing high quality. Food: My parents had two meals at the B&B during their visit and were very satisfied. The chickens are raised in the courtyard, and there's a pond in the courtyard with golden trout, rainbow trout, and other species. We happened to see them harvesting matsutake mushrooms when we arrived, and the owner even gave us a taste of their homemade mushroom oil. The rice noodles for breakfast were delicious! Travel: The B&B is located in Sanjia Village, not far from the bustling Daluo River and the various docks. The village is naturally peaceful and natural, making it convenient for entering and exiting Lugu Lake, and it can also be used as a starting point for a lake tour. Overall, it is highly recommended. Time is limited this time, so I will definitely stay here again next time!"

"The hotel is in a quieter and less busy part of the lake, closer to the big mountain. Room was very quiet and warm at night in early April. There is a heater in the bathroom so I felt like in a sauna. The mattress can also be heated on colder days. They provide a ton of snacks like chocolate, nuts, wafers. We also had afternoon tea once we arrived. Their breakfast is very impressive and not spicy. There’s no lift but a very nice staff girl 直玛 helped us to carry our bags up and down. We also asked if we can get some snacks for our trip back to Lijiang, and she gave so many rose cakes for free. Very satisfied with the service. They also picked us up from another hotel on a car."

You can contact them in advance if you're driving; they'll let you park briefly at the hotel entrance to unload your luggage, and staff will help carry it to your room. They'll then guide you to the cable car parking lot, which is also a short walk from the hotel. We had four adults and one child, and booked two lake-view rooms. The balcony directly faces the lake, and the view is stunning! The rooms are fully equipped with a bathtub, wall-mounted washing machine, oxygen concentrator, and smart toilet. "1. The quality of the amenities was acceptable; for example, the slippers were noticeably better than average. 2. The cleanliness was acceptable in visible areas, but spiderwebs could be seen on the wooden beams on the second floor, indicating a buildup of dust. 3. The infrastructure was problematic. The first time we entered the room, the floor heating controller burned out, creating a foul smell. It took us a while to locate the problem. After changing rooms, we were scratched by the barbs under the bed. Thankfully, the slippers here were made of thicker materials, so the barbs only penetrated the uppers. If they had been lodged in our feet, we would have definitely filed a claim. We woke up after a night's sleep to find the power outage, which was quite frustrating. We checked and found a power outage. A power outage in the coldest hours of the morning would have been a terrible experience, but fortunately, it was probably caused by a problem at dawn. 4. After the third incident, although we were relatively tolerant and didn't cause any unpleasantness, we ultimately received no sincere apology from the hotel, and we felt the service was below par for this price range."
