Another absolute gem in Yunnan. The price is relatively affordable and all you get for it is totally worth it. The views outward the hotel lobby is stunning and the decor of the interior is very cozy and fitting. You have a full view of the lake from the front unobstructed. Rooms have everything basic and more. Relatively spacious and decorated very extensively, cozy and comfortable setting and bed. Nice setup in the bathroom area and shower is spacious. Toilet with automated bidet is also nice. For those who like bathing there is a bath with mountainside views and bath salts/supplies given. The AI and automated curtains add a nice touch, though this one is more primitive than xiaodu. Staff were very kind and helpful，offered to drop me off at the bus stop and served dessert at night.

This hotel left an extremely strong impression on my family! For the price point, the location and view from our room was amazing. The view is unblocked, and we had a nice walk by the lake. There is a cafe beside the hotel which served nice drinks and food. The view from the cafe was excellent, and we would highly recommend paying a visit there! The room had a nice, cozy feeling and a spacious balcony. There aren't many restaurants in this particular town, but the main town is about a 15 minute walk or 2 minute drive from the hotel. However, the hotel is able to provide dinner! They have a several options to choose from like noodles and hotpot, and the prices are extremely affordable! The hotpot was really delicious as well, and the breakfast was scrumptious! In the morning, there will be dew above the waters of the lake, and the view is simply stunning. Overall, we had a really great experience here thanks to the helpful and friendly staff!

The hotel boasts excellent design, and the staff are incredibly warm and attentive, making you feel right at home! Our room had a breathtaking view of Lugu Lake; we could open the window and see it, and it was just a short walk to the lakeside where we could even take a 'pig trough boat.' The owner is a local Mosuo person, very polite and hospitable. We also got to visit their unique grandmother's house. Getting to Mount Gemu Goddess was also very convenient, and we even asked the owner for travel tips. The cleanliness was exceptional, truly a five-star cleaning experience. There wasn't a speck of dust anywhere, the glass was sparkling clean without any fingerprints. The bathroom fixtures were TOTO brand, and the bedding was high-end and very comfortable! The breakfast was delicious and exquisite! The morning mist over Lugu Lake is truly beautiful! I highly recommend this place to everyone!

My first review on Ctrip is dedicated to Muyu Guesthouse in Lugu Lake. As someone who doesn't like to do much research, I'm always afraid of being misled by online photos before booking. After browsing hundreds of hotels and guesthouses, I finally chose Muyu, which I suppose was fate. The result far exceeded my expectations: the entire guesthouse is decorated in warm orange tones, and every room exudes a cozy and romantic atmosphere. I especially loved the small garden on the first floor—among the guesthouses in the area, only Muyu has maintained its plants so meticulously, perfect for photos and for pets to play in. The short-haired landlady is efficient and warm, with a natural radiance in her conversation. From the spatial layout to the service details, her thoughtfulness is evident everywhere. Even the recommended local restaurants were a pleasant surprise. Lugu Lake is already a paradise worth visiting repeatedly, and Muyu's existence gives this longing a true home. After returning home, Mr. Z was inspired to write a poem for Muyu as a token of his gratitude: Muyu: Emerald green hills creep up the steps at dawn, the reed gates open to reveal a lush dew. Muyu The aroma of beans cooked in the spring fills the house; the cauldron, like clouds, is simmered, its surface shimmering like silk. Occasionally, mountain birds are called to add to the wild vegetables; sometimes, the moon shines on the fragrant cup. The most sentimental is the guest by the abyss, who rises at dawn to simmer a soup of fine, delicate ingredients.

The room was very spacious and clean, with excellent amenities including a smart toilet, hairdryer, kettle, and disposable toilet seat covers, making our stay very comfortable. It even came equipped with a washing machine and dryer, which was perfect as we were able to wash all our clothes during our two-day stay at Lugu Lake. The bedding was incredibly comfortable. The pillows for resting our heads were just the right height, and the soft bolster pillows were very plush. It was truly Atour-level quality, excellent! The toiletries were also great. My family is always concerned about hotel hygiene, but here we felt completely at ease sleeping without needing to use our own disposable bedding. The guesthouse's location is superb, very close to Lugu Lake. We could just walk through the courtyard straight to the lakeside, which was incredibly convenient for watching the sunrise in the morning and taking a stroll in the evening. The hotel service was exceptionally thoughtful. The afternoon tea was delicious with a generous selection of pastries, and they were happy to bring more if we requested. They also offered pick-up and drop-off services with a very nice vehicle, and helped with our luggage. The service attitude was truly outstanding.

The hotel is very close to the entrance of the scenic area and can reach Sanjia Village on foot. It faces the Goddess Mountain and has a first-class view. The room facilities are relatively complete. You can take a bath and sit on the balcony in a daze, which is very comfortable.

This is the most comfortable homestay I have stayed in during my one-week trip to Yunnan. The decoration is fresh and simple, the room is large, clean and sanitary, and there is a terrace. You can watch the sunrise in the morning and the stars on the terrace at night. It is really comfortable. The boss and his son are very enthusiastic. The uncle also took time to take us around Lugu Lake, especially to Goddess Bay to watch the sunset, and took the Goddess Mountain Cableway. It is really super beautiful to overlook Lugu Lake from the top of the mountain. It is really a super happy travel experience.

The hotel is located on the lakeside not far from the lake area. The balcony faces southeast. We arrived in the afternoon and saw the beautiful scenery of Lugu Lake. Lugu Lake is quiet and beautiful, just like this hotel and the hostess of the hotel. A girl, enthusiastic and sincere. We thought that afternoon tea was just a cup of tea and a few biscuits. But they had 4 kinds of fruits, French fries and chicken nuggets, and the tea was also a local specialty flower tea. It was very attentive at first glance. There were also desserts in the evening. The rice noodles for her breakfast were much better than those in most restaurants. The hotel is clean, well-equipped, and the hot water in the bathtub is sufficient. It adds a lot of color to the trip to Lugu Lake. I look forward to going there again next time.

The lake view is absolutely stunning! Breakfast was served promptly and was very tasty. Taking a hot spring bath was particularly comfortable – pure bliss! We booked rooms with private hot tubs for both nights, which was incredibly relaxing. The place was also very clean. Plus, there's a street full of eateries right out the back door, making it super convenient to stay here in Daluoshui Village.

Stayed for four consecutive nights this time, the overall feeling is very good, first of all, the family room is very clean, the bed and quilt are very comfortable, not cold at night, the original mountain view room, the boss also upgraded the room type, can see the lake. Secondly, it is very convenient to eat and get in and out. It takes only a few minutes to walk to the lake. The rice noodles in the morning are good. The boss’s own stone pot fish is also very delicious. You can park and drive around the lake. Finally, the boss was very enthusiastic and sent home-grown apples when he left, which was better than the ones we bought outside. I want to come next time.
