__WeChat518086****This National Day holiday, I finally got to stay at the Qianshanji Hotel, which I'd been longing to visit. However, the experience was quite mediocre. I booked what should have been one of the hotel's better rooms, and the view was indeed excellent—worth 60% of the room rate. The downsides were the poor service from the hotel staff. They lacked initiative and there was a significant time lag in staff handover, essentially meaningless service. It was even worse than Atour or Ji Hotel. In the evenings, the hotel hosted museum staff to explain the history of the Mosuo people, which was a plus. However, I inquired in the hotel's service group whether the restaurant could deliver a glass of wine to my location. The hotel told me I needed to order through their mini-program and pay, and it would be delivered afterward. So far, there were no problems. The next day, after we checked out, the hotel staff, due to their own mistake, issued a refund, claiming I hadn't paid and demanding I pay. After I provided screenshots of the payment record, the hotel admitted their error and said the owner had paid for the wine. I reiterated that I had paid, but the hotel refused. It's ridiculous. I booked a hotel room for one night, plus lunch at the hotel, and it cost me over 3,000 yuan. I also went to the soft opening of your boss's new restaurant, and you're saying I didn't pay for the 70 yuan worth of wine? That's really laughable. You yourself said that I needed to place an order before delivery (payment was required to place an order). But the food at their hotel restaurants was indeed quite good, including the new restaurant run by their boss. The food was excellent, and I highly recommend it. That new restaurant was probably the best I ate at in Lugu Lake.

AAnonymous UserThis was by far the most satisfying hotel I stayed at in Lugu Lake! It's located halfway up the mountain, so you wake up to stunning views of the lake. The scenery is absolutely breathtaking. The hotel's afternoon tea and breakfast were both incredibly rich and delicious! There are also many activities to enjoy, like the bonfire party and bonfire night talks, which were a lot of fun! The public area on the 3rd floor is super photogenic, and the 'sky bird's nest' is a must-visit for photos – every snap feels like you're not even in China! The staff's service was warm and attentive. Since transportation isn't very convenient in Lugu Lake, the hotel offered unlimited shuttle services, which was truly thoughtful! I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit.

GGuest UserAnother absolute gem in Yunnan. The price is relatively affordable and all you get for it is totally worth it. The views outward the hotel lobby is stunning and the decor of the interior is very cozy and fitting. You have a full view of the lake from the front unobstructed. Rooms have everything basic and more. Relatively spacious and decorated very extensively, cozy and comfortable setting and bed. Nice setup in the bathroom area and shower is spacious. Toilet with automated bidet is also nice. For those who like bathing there is a bath with mountainside views and bath salts/supplies given. The AI and automated curtains add a nice touch, though this one is more primitive than xiaodu. Staff were very kind and helpful，offered to drop me off at the bus stop and served dessert at night.

GGuest UserThis hotel left an extremely strong impression on my family! For the price point, the location and view from our room was amazing. The view is unblocked, and we had a nice walk by the lake. There is a cafe beside the hotel which served nice drinks and food. The view from the cafe was excellent, and we would highly recommend paying a visit there! The room had a nice, cozy feeling and a spacious balcony. There aren't many restaurants in this particular town, but the main town is about a 15 minute walk or 2 minute drive from the hotel. However, the hotel is able to provide dinner! They have a several options to choose from like noodles and hotpot, and the prices are extremely affordable! The hotpot was really delicious as well, and the breakfast was scrumptious! In the morning, there will be dew above the waters of the lake, and the view is simply stunning. Overall, we had a really great experience here thanks to the helpful and friendly staff!

MmiennWe stayed here for 2 nights and it was so comfortable that we didn't want to leave. This time we stayed with my family and everyone was very happy. We were very touched by many aspects of this hotel. We really did not choose the wrong accommodation. First of all, the service of the team was very considerate. They would try their best to arrange some of our needs. They also have a pick-up service to Luoshui Village, which is very convenient for going out for dinner and shopping. The room was very comfortable and the scenery was really great. On the morning of the first day, my family went out, and I didn't want to go out. I stayed in the room while watching Lugu Lake and reading a book. It was very comfortable. We saw the fire clouds and rainbows from the room. We were so happy this time! There are many thoughtful details in the room, such as a small box next to the bed for things that may be needed for sleeping, such as earplugs, steam eye masks, and mosquito coils. Especially considerate consideration 👍 The rice noodles for breakfast are very delicious, very similar to the taste of my childhood, we all like it. There is also afternoon tea, which is delicious. The hotel also gave us a gift before we left, which was very touching🙏 Overall, it was a very good accommodation experience, the service was very good, very good 👍 Special thanks to everyone in the team, Xiaoqiang, Xiaofeng, and a male waiter (I don’t know his name), the big sister who cleaned the room, and the big sister who made breakfast, everyone was very attentive, we felt very warm and touched. GGuest UserA truly cozy B&B experience! I'll definitely be back! This B&B stay completely exceeded my expectations! From the moment I walked in, I could feel the owner's thoughtfulness. The room was warm and unique, with a combination of wooden furniture and greenery that instantly put me at ease. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, the bathroom impeccably clean, and even the toiletries were carefully selected from carefully selected brands. The attention to detail was incredible! The B&B is perfectly located, with views of Lugu Lake from the balcony. Just a few minutes' walk to the food court, away from the hustle and bustle of the main street, provided a truly restful night's sleep. The owner also thoughtfully provided us with local food tips. What touched me most was the owner's hospitality! From check-in to check-out, he cared about our needs like a friend and even gave us homemade souvenirs. This homely warmth is something you can't get from a hotel. Highly recommended for those who enjoy slow travel and quality travel! I've already made plans with my family to bring more friends to stay with us next time!

MM549271****I chose Jingran on Ctrip for a long time in advance and finally stayed at Jingran. I was not disappointed, only pleasantly surprised. The room was clean and hygienic, and the layout was practical and reasonable. After entering the room, I just enjoyed myself and didn’t take any pictures. I thought I had to take two pictures when I was about to leave. The service was also very attentive. The guy at the front desk responded to every request and delivered things very quickly. Afternoon tea was provided, which was simple and exquisite. Although the coffee in the lobby was free, the taste did not disappoint. From this point of view, the operator must treat guests attentively. There is an independent large restaurant at the entrance of the hotel. Terraces and lawns are also rare in Lugu Lake. It is so enjoyable to bask in the sun under an umbrella and watch the boats coming and going. In short, Jingran is a hotel worth staying in and recommending.

The surroundings are absolutely stunning, with magnificent views of Lugu Lake – it felt like the lake view was brought right into our room. RRosie JennerThis is a fantastic hotel in a beautiful location. Trip were able to send me the Wechat contact for the hotel so they helped me to arrive, although from the bus stop I could have booked transport through AMAP/didi too. The service was excellent and when there was a problem with the room I had booked the staff were super helpful and moved me quickly to an upgraded room. The breakfast is nice and there is a coffee machine. This was the best hotel from my whole trip in Yunnan. The finishing touches and service were far beyond my expectations especially considering the remote location. The village of Lige is small and there is not much to 'do' unless you have your own transport. Which makes this a great hotel to stop at on your trip for some luxury relaxation.
