FFarwa93Visited ćł¸ć˛˝ćš on our trip to Lijiang and it didnât disappoint. We usually donât book boutique hotels but this hotelâs location and views were unmatched so we decided to give it a try!
The place contacted us a week before check in and shared some info about the lake with us and also told us to contact them any time we have any questions. Superb!
Our butler Xiao Zhou was the most kind and generous. He helped us from the moment we arrived till the moment we left. Their service is very attentive, but not in the way that invades your privacy. We felt well taken care of but at the same time we had our own personal space and privacy!! Xiao Zhou recommended us a restaurant for dinner and must I say it was an incredible recommendation!!
Their food was excellent. Tasty and healthy!! The hotel also had some activities for us to take part in. We enjoyed them thoroughly.
All in all, it was a great stay and we would definitely be coming back to Lugu lake because of the hospitality we received here.

PS. It would be better if the car pick and drop service is 24 hours as emergencies can happen any time.

FFaye. CThis place is super clean, beautiful, and the service is outstanding! As soon as we pulled into the parking lot, staff came out to greet us and helped with all our luggage (even our backpacks!!!). Since we arrived late, they specially held our afternoon tea set and brought it to our room. They also surprised us with a beautiful and delicious cake, probably because I mentioned we were on our honeymoon. On the first floor, there's a common area where you can watch movies, and someone was freshly grilling local milk fans, plus they serve really good butter tea. They even have unique cards made from Lugu Lake grass seeds that you can plant â very special! Breakfast was abundant. Overall, it was truly amazing. My only regret is that our itinerary made us check in late and check out early, so we didn't get to fully enjoy the scenery, which is a real shame.

Mmastre_gamerHighly recommended! The hotel has a fantastic view of the lake and has direct access to the board walk. It is at the edge of the San Jia Chun village and it is a short 15min walk to Da Luo Shui village.
The hotel was very comfortable, with a memory foam pillow and a regular one, Projector and indoor heating.
Plus point is that they have 1 dog and 4 cats and super friendly owners.
Will definitely stay again!

GGuest UserAbsolutely brilliant hotel. Probably the only place in Lugu lake where foreigners could stay. The young staff have limited English but more than make up for it with their level of service and the translator app. They even set up a groups chat in WeChat just to advise us and ensure we were in touch.
Location is great (except for the fact that thereâs the road below the hotel)
Hotel itself is brilliant. Phenomenal rooms. Great meals. Very personal touch and an ever willing / cheerful / helpful group of very competent youngsters managing. The whole crew looked under 30 but did a great job.
Was an absolute pity we only stayed 2 nights. Next time a week at least! Definitely coming back.

The hotel is tastefully designed, with every corner beautifully decorated and thoughtfully curated. I was pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a lake-view room, and the room cleanliness was absolutely top-notch.
The view is truly stunning â there is an unobstructed, direct view of Lugu Lake, and čćžç 头 is located right in front of the hotel, making the location incredibly convenient. At night, I could see a sky full of stars directly from my room, which felt truly magical.
Every detail in the room felt well considered and intentional. The room was also very comfortable in winter, with floor heating and a Dyson hair dryer, which made a huge difference during the colder days.
During afternoon tea time, the hotel served a lovely afternoon tea set, and sitting in the backyard while enjoying the lake view became one of the most relaxing and memorable moments of my entire trip.
Upon checkout, the staff thoughtfully prepared breakfast to go and gifted me some souvenirs, which was a very warm and touching gesture. They also helped recommend a reliable driver who took me back to Dali in a comfortable 9-seater car, making the journey smooth and stress-free.
The owner is a beautiful and kind lady, and her dog Lucky, an adorable corgi, is an absolute delight. The staff were all genuinely friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout my stay.

The lake-view room I booked was absolutely worth it! Perched on top of a hill, the decor is simple yet elegant, and the room features smart controls. On a clear day, I could lie in bed and enjoy the serene views of Lugu Lake â it was incredibly therapeutic.
The breakfast was also great, with a good variety of dishes that were all beautifully presented and refined.
The hotel's restaurant and public areas are stunning, perfect for taking photos.
The staff were exceptionally warm and attentive, and the complimentary pick-up and drop-off service made everything so much easier.
Definitely a highly recommended place to stay when visiting Lugu Lake!

GGuest UserThe hotel is located on the lakeside not far from the lake area. The balcony faces southeast. We arrived in the afternoon and saw the beautiful scenery of Lugu Lake. Lugu Lake is quiet and beautiful, just like this hotel and the hostess of the hotel. A girl, enthusiastic and sincere. We thought that afternoon tea was just a cup of tea and a few biscuits. But they had 4 kinds of fruits, French fries and chicken nuggets, and the tea was also a local specialty flower tea. It was very attentive at first glance. There were also desserts in the evening. The rice noodles for her breakfast were much better than those in most restaurants. The hotel is clean, well-equipped, and the hot water in the bathtub is sufficient. It adds a lot of color to the trip to Lugu Lake. I look forward to going there again next time.

CClarissa TangWe had a comfortable stay here, breakfast was provided and beds were comfortable. You walk out and you are facing the Lugu lake too! A beautiful site.
Only thing was that towels provided were disposable, and some room lights needed fixing.
Hosts are really friendly and reply WeChat timely.
There isnât an elevator on the facilities and you might initially think you arrive at the wrong place when you arrive by car.
You would need to walk through a backyard of a local house before you reach the accoms.
They do ask for feedback about your stay which I really appreciate. And they have explained some concepts after my feedback. I think this is a nice accoms to consider for your stay. They do adjust their amenities according to past feedback too. Family room was kind of fun!
