"Overall, it was quite good and offered great value for money. The room had a fantastic view; opening the window revealed a stunning lake view, which was lovely. The cafe's atmosphere was also excellent, very peaceful and relaxing. The staff were attentive and helpful; housekeepers Cier, Duzhi, and Zhaxi promptly assisted with any issues we had. The only downside is that it's not very soundproof, so light sleepers might want to bring earplugs."

"This place is super clean, beautiful, and the service is outstanding! As soon as we pulled into the parking lot, staff came out to greet us and helped with all our luggage (even our backpacks!!!). Since we arrived late, they specially held our afternoon tea set and brought it to our room. They also surprised us with a beautiful and delicious cake, probably because I mentioned we were on our honeymoon. On the first floor, there's a common area where you can watch movies, and someone was freshly grilling local milk fans, plus they serve really good butter tea. They even have unique cards made from Lugu Lake grass seeds that you can plant – very special! Breakfast was abundant. Overall, it was truly amazing. My only regret is that our itinerary made us check in late and check out early, so we didn't get to fully enjoy the scenery, which is a real shame."

**Facilities:** The amenities were excellent and fully equipped. The air conditioning was incredibly effective at heating, warming up the room instantly even late at night. The bedding was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and functional, making for a truly great stay.
**Hygiene:** The entire place was spotless, with attention paid to every detail. The bedding and towels were clean and odor-free, making for a reassuring and comfortable stay.

"My parents chose this hotel for their vacation. It's a beautiful hotel right by Lugu Lake, and pictures 1 and 2 show the interior and the view from the window.
The lobby has a fireplace, and when it's cold, they light a fire, making it super warm and cozy.
The service was excellent, and the afternoon tea was lovely, with a good variety of items and delicious mini cakes.
They even had two days of great weather, so my parents really enjoyed their stay."

"This hotel is located inside the scenic area. You need to purchase an adult ticket for ¥70 per person to enter the park. Seniors over 60 get half price, those over 70 get in for free, and those over 80 can have one adult accompany them for free.
The room facilities are complete, and the bathroom has a wet and dry separation. Disposable bath towels and regular towels are provided. There's also a bathtub in the room with a disposable tub liner. Plus, there's a mini washing machine, perfect for washing two jackets or 2-3 sets of underwear for enough people, and laundry detergent is included. Even though there's a big temperature difference in February, the air conditioning works great.

The most surprising thing about this trip to Lugu Lake is that I chose Anxia Resort Hotel! You can see the beautiful lake view when you open the window. The mist in the morning is like a fairyland, and the sunset glows all over the lake. Every frame is as healing as an oil painting. The room design is simple and warm, the bedding is comfortable, and even the bathtub faces the lake view. It feels like being between heaven and earth when taking a bath~
Special thanks to the housekeeper Xiao Li for his thoughtful service! From the route guidance before check-in to daily travel suggestions, even helping to book a car around the lake and giving hot drinks, he was responsive throughout the whole process and was as warm as a friend. "The housekeeper was very thoughtful, calling two days in advance to confirm the booking and provide directions. The guesthouse is halfway up the mountain, and indeed, you open the door to a lake view. The room has a XiaoDu smart speaker, allowing voice control of various devices. We're used to using XiaoAi at home, so it was actually quite convenient, haha. No need to manually switch things on and off. The shower had great water pressure, and the heater worked wonderfully. FFarwa93Visited 泸沽湖 on our trip to Lijiang and it didn’t disappoint. We usually don’t book boutique hotels but this hotel’s location and views were unmatched so we decided to give it a try!
The place contacted us a week before check in and shared some info about the lake with us and also told us to contact them any time we have any questions. Superb!
Our butler Xiao Zhou was the most kind and generous. He helped us from the moment we arrived till the moment we left. Their service is very attentive, but not in the way that invades your privacy. We felt well taken care of but at the same time we had our own personal space and privacy!! Xiao Zhou recommended us a restaurant for dinner and must I say it was an incredible recommendation!!
Their food was excellent. Tasty and healthy!! The hotel also had some activities for us to take part in. We enjoyed them thoroughly.
All in all, it was a great stay and we would definitely be coming back to Lugu lake because of the hospitality we received here.

PS. It would be better if the car pick and drop service is 24 hours as emergencies can happen any time.

The view is unblocked, and we had a nice walk by the lake. There is a cafe beside the hotel which served nice drinks and food. The view from the cafe was excellent, and we would highly recommend paying a visit there! The room had a nice, cozy feeling and a spacious balcony. There aren't many restaurants in this particular town, but the main town is about a 15 minute walk or 2 minute drive from the hotel. However, the hotel is able to provide dinner! They have a several options to choose from like noodles and hotpot, and the prices are extremely affordable! The hotpot was really delicious as well, and the breakfast was scrumptious! In the morning, there will be dew above the waters of the lake, and the view is simply stunning. Overall, we had a really great experience here thanks to the helpful and friendly staff!

The room was very clean and comfortable, and the lake view felt like a perfectly framed photograph — calm, still, and right in front of you. It was lovely strolling down to the lake, and an easy 20–30 minute walk from the lake into Lugu town. E-scooters are available for rent, though walking was honestly just as enjoyable.
The hotel facilities were excellent, with so much thought put into the little details — bath bombs, snacks, eye masks — all spotless and well-maintained. The staff were warm and lovely, and they also make a really good cup of coffee.
Breakfast was a highlight: comforting mushroom soup noodles, healthy steamed buns, eggs, and other simple but delicious dishes. And to top it all off, there’s an adorable resident cat.
A peaceful, well-considered stay that felt both cosy and memorable.

The hotel is tastefully designed, with every corner beautifully decorated and thoughtfully curated. I was pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a lake-view room, and the room cleanliness was absolutely top-notch.
The view is truly stunning — there is an unobstructed, direct view of Lugu Lake, and 蒗放码头 is located right in front of the hotel, making the location incredibly convenient. At night, I could see a sky full of stars directly from my room, which felt truly magical.
Every detail in the room felt well considered and intentional. The room was also very comfortable in winter, with floor heating and a Dyson hair dryer, which made a huge difference during the colder days.
During afternoon tea time, the hotel served a lovely afternoon tea set, and sitting in the backyard while enjoying the lake view became one of the most relaxing and memorable moments of my entire trip.
Upon checkout, the staff thoughtfully prepared breakfast to go and gifted me some souvenirs, which was a very warm and touching gesture. They also helped recommend a reliable driver who took me back to Dali in a comfortable 9-seater car, making the journey smooth and stress-free.
The owner is a beautiful and kind lady, and her dog Lucky, an adorable corgi, is an absolute delight. The staff were all genuinely friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout my stay.
Overall, 慕鱼 offers beautiful design, breathtaking views, thoughtful service, and a truly relaxing experience. I would absolutely love to return.

The amenities were incredibly comprehensive; given how dry Lijiang's weather can be, the hotel thoughtfully provided a large Xiaomi humidifier and even makeup remover wipes – they really understand what women need! I had originally booked a standard double room, but the staff kindly upgraded me to a 270° panoramic double room free of charge. The view was absolutely stunning, and the scenery was incredibly beautiful and perfect for photos 📸. They also included complimentary pick-up and drop-off service, and the staff were warm, attentive, and responsive to every request. The breakfast was rich and delicious, and there was even afternoon tea. The fruit tarts and coffee completely won me over ☕. I truly adored the meticulous service, down to every detail. This hotel is definitely on my list for a second visit – I'll be back!

GGuest UserThe hotel is located on the lakeside not far from the lake area. The balcony faces southeast. We arrived in the afternoon and saw the beautiful scenery of Lugu Lake. Lugu Lake is quiet and beautiful, just like this hotel and the hostess of the hotel. A girl, enthusiastic and sincere. We thought that afternoon tea was just a cup of tea and a few biscuits. But they had 4 kinds of fruits, French fries and chicken nuggets, and the tea was also a local specialty flower tea. It was very attentive at first glance. There were also desserts in the evening. The rice noodles for her breakfast were much better than those in most restaurants. The hotel is clean, well-equipped, and the hot water in the bathtub is sufficient. It adds a lot of color to the trip to Lugu Lake. I look forward to going there again next time.

CClarissa TangWe had a comfortable stay here, breakfast was provided and beds were comfortable. You walk out and you are facing the Lugu lake too! A beautiful site.
Only thing was that towels provided were disposable, and some room lights needed fixing.
Hosts are really friendly and reply WeChat timely.
There isn’t an elevator on the facilities and you might initially think you arrive at the wrong place when you arrive by car.
You would need to walk through a backyard of a local house before you reach the accoms.
They do ask for feedback about your stay which I really appreciate. And they have explained some concepts after my feedback. I think this is a nice accoms to consider for your stay. They do adjust their amenities according to past feedback too. Family room was kind of fun!
