"The room was quite spacious, and the heating worked perfectly. The balcony offered a great view of the Goddess Mountain, perfect for photos. The hotel has its own restaurant, and the food was delicious. In the evenings, the lobby bar serves sweet soup. The staff were very friendly and helpful, proactively assisting with luggage and doing their best to accommodate all our requests."

"Ambiance: The balcony is like a natural picture frame, capturing all the beauty of the lake and mountains! Waking up every day to the sparkling water is breathtaking, instantly making all worries disappear. Service: Our butler, Zhima, was incredibly helpful! They sent recommendations early, were quick to assist with luggage, and provided truly heartwarming service. The surprise afternoon tea and generous breakfast were so delicious we didn't want to leave the hotel. This VIP treatment definitely makes me want to visit again!"

"This guesthouse is absolutely amazing!!! 🤩 First, let's talk about the room itself. It's a Loft, so there's plenty of space, and all the amenities are brand new and smart. There's even a washing machine and a fridge. The lake view room is incredibly refreshing; the moment you open the window and see the lake, everything feels worth it! 😍 The guesthouse's first floor is a restaurant (for dining and coffee), which transforms into a small bar with live music in the evening (ending at 10 PM, so it's not noisy). Every corner is picturesque, and the attention to detail is remarkable. It's a must-visit for anyone who loves taking photos. The hostess is hands down the best I've met in years – such a lovely young lady! Before our arrival, she added me on WeChat to send the address and important notes. Upon arrival, she recommended sightseeing routes and attractions, helped us arrange a pig-trough boat tour (which was fantastic!), and even took photos for us right at the guesthouse entrance! 👍 Next time I visit Lugu Lake, I'm definitely staying here again!! 🥰"

"Facilities: All the basic amenities were definitely in place, no need to even mention them. As soon as we entered the room, we saw a speaker, a humidifier, and an electric kettle. The slippers were also thick, fluffy ones, and there were even disinfected flip-flops. Plus, they actually provided disposable towels, wet wipes, and body lotion! This was truly, truly thoughtful for girls. I was genuinely touched by the owner's attention to detail 😭 Everyone, go stay here, okay? Cleanliness: Visibly clean, which was very, very satisfying for someone with a潔癖 (germophobia) 😀 Environment: The moment we stepped into the courtyard, it felt so cozy and completely won us over. From entering the gate to checking in and getting to our room, we were chattering all the way about having found our dream room. Thumbs up! 👍 The lobby had a unique and pleasant scent of bergamot and various fruits. The flowers were blooming beautifully 😌 Service: The young men came to pick us up. As soon as they arrived, they took care of all our luggage, even carrying our backpacks. Then they guided us step-by-step through the check-in process and escorted us to our room. Later, we felt the hotel was so good that we wanted to upgrade our room type. The young man also helped us communicate and choose the 'Changfeng Yundu' room on the second floor. 👍 Highly recommend! Definitely worth it! 👍"

"The hotel's location is excellent, right on the edge of Lugu Lake. As soon as you step out, you can see the lake directly. It's incredibly relaxing to sit on a small chair by the hotel entrance, facing Lugu Lake, whether you're just zoning out or using your phone. If you turn right from the hotel exit and walk a bit, you'll find a pier where you can take a boat tour around Lugu Lake. There are also many seagulls at the pier, so you might want to bring some bread to feed them. The area around the pier also has more dining options, with KFC, Mixue Ice Cream & Tea, and various other restaurants mostly located there. The hotel's service is superb. They offer a free shuttle service within a three-kilometer radius, and their concierge, Er Che, provided excellent service. He contacted us the day before we arrived to confirm our check-in details and the time our bus would arrive for pickup the next day. Every evening from 8 PM to 10 PM, they offer a complimentary sweet lotus seed soup, which they'll arrange to deliver to your room upon request. The hotel's breakfast is also quite good; a bowl of rice noodles, a bowl of congee, some side dishes, and an egg are more than enough to fill you up. The hotel rooms are very clean, and the shower and toilet are completely separate. Overall, I am very satisfied with this hotel."

"This hotel boasts an elegant, comfortable, and impeccably clean environment. The rooms are spacious and spotless, and the balcony opens up directly to a stunning lake view. The service was absolutely first-class; they even upgraded us for free to a room with an even better view and thoughtfully brought us afternoon tea. The hotel's breakfast selection was also very rich, and I especially have to praise the rice noodles – they were absolutely delicious! We initially planned to stay just one night at Lugu Lake, but we were so captivated by the hotel's ambiance, service, and rooms that we ended up staying an extra night! When we checked out, they overheard that our car was parked in a different lot, so they graciously drove us there in their own car (even though the parking lot was only a few minutes from the hotel). You can feel their genuine warmth and hospitality at all times. I've already recommended it to friends, and my daughter says she wants to stay here again next time we visit Lugu Lake. It's truly, truly, truly excellent!"

"We had a comfortable stay here, breakfast was provided and beds were comfortable. You walk out and you are facing the Lugu lake too! A beautiful site. Only thing was that towels provided were disposable, and some room lights needed fixing. Hosts are really friendly and reply WeChat timely. There isn’t an elevator on the facilities and you might initially think you arrive at the wrong place when you arrive by car. You would need to walk through a backyard of a local house before you reach the accoms. They do ask for feedback about your stay which I really appreciate. And they have explained some concepts after my feedback. I think this is a nice accoms to consider for your stay. They do adjust their amenities according to past feedback too. Family room was kind of fun!"

"I rarely leave reviews, but I really didn't want to leave, so I'm writing this on the road. I booked this hotel specifically for its lake-view restaurant. Even though I knew it had many positive reviews and would be good, it still far exceeded my expectations after checking in. The facilities are excellent, and the attention to detail is impressive. It's rare to find a place that even provides alcohol wipes and face towels, which shows they genuinely care about their guests. Even as a germaphobe, I couldn't find a single flaw with the cleanliness. The service, in particular, deserves a special mention. Both the front desk lady and the shuttle driver were warm, considerate, and professional. Upon arrival, the front desk proactively upgraded my room and thoughtfully showed me both the original and upgraded room types so I could choose for myself. The shuttle driver was also always responsive and meticulous. Regarding the environment, both the public areas and the rooms seamlessly blend with the scenery of Lugu Lake. Just sitting by the window in the room, enjoying the view, was incredibly relaxing. The restaurant offers even more breathtaking panoramic views of the lake and mountains. The hotel's ambiance perfectly mirrors Lugu Lake itself – serene, elegant, and secluded. Compared to Lijiang, Dali, or Shangri-La, Lugu Lake lacks the over-commercialized hustle and bustle, offering more pristine, natural beauty, especially during the off-season. It's tranquil and leisurely, perfect for unwinding and contemplation. It's a shame I couldn't stay a few more days. Until next time, Lugu Lake and Alabera!"

"This hotel is super super good! Treasure Hotel, I will stay here next time! Before arriving, the hotel contacted us to send the location. When we arrived, the guy was waiting for us at the door to help us with our luggage. When we checked in, we upgraded the best room type. We can watch the sunrise and the starry sky in the room, and the window view is beautiful The room is clean and hygienic, with snacks, coffee liquid, eye masks, mosquito repellent, electric mosquito coils, etc. The projection screen is super large, and it is very comfortable to watch TV projection~ I originally planned to go to the observation deck to watch the sunrise, and the housekeeper said that the room could see it, so I got up in the morning to watch the sunrise. The view was wide and facing the sunrise, so beautiful The breakfast was rich, the rice noodles were freshly made, the soup was fresh, the coffee was delicious, and the latte art was also beautiful~ Asked the housekeeper sister about the special food here, the housekeeper recommended stone pot fish and firewood chicken, both of which were very delicious! The next night, because it was past nine when we came back from the lake, the housekeeper also helped contact the hotel to wait for us. Even though it was very late after dinner, they took us back. When we went out to eat, we were picked up and dropped off by car. The sister was very nice. She introduced us to the life and customs here on the way.
