The water is crystal clear and the mountains are lush green; every photo you take here turns out stunning. The rooms are spacious and bright, with floor-to-ceiling windows directly facing the lake. Waking up to a misty lake in the morning and watching the sunset glow on the water in the evening is incredibly soothing and relaxing. "This place is super clean, beautiful, and the service is outstanding! As soon as we pulled into the parking lot, staff came out to greet us and helped with all our luggage (even our backpacks!!!). Since we arrived late, they specially held our afternoon tea set and brought it to our room. They also surprised us with a beautiful and delicious cake, probably because I mentioned we were on our honeymoon. On the first floor, there's a common area where you can watch movies, and someone was freshly grilling local milk fans, plus they serve really good butter tea. They even have unique cards made from Lugu Lake grass seeds that you can plant – very special! Breakfast was abundant. Overall, it was truly amazing. My only regret is that our itinerary made us check in late and check out early, so we didn't get to fully enjoy the scenery, which is a real shame."

"Among all the accommodations on the Lugu Lake shore at Daluoshui, Three-Color Cloud River feels like the absolute best. I really love their decor style; the lobby offers beautiful views everywhere you look. The staff are all very enthusiastic, diligent, and reliable, especially Miss Zhima. She's incredibly capable and responsible, treating every guest wonderfully and taking excellent care of everyone. I often saw her bustling around, constantly busy with tasks, and her thoughtful service was incredibly heartwarming. Staying at Three-Color Cloud River truly felt like being at home. The facilities are comprehensive, with thoughtful touches like afternoon tea, evening white fungus soup, and even face masks. Every day, the room is stocked with snacks and tea. I'll definitely recommend this place to my friends."

**Facilities:** The amenities were excellent and fully equipped. The air conditioning was incredibly effective at heating, warming up the room instantly even late at night. The bedding was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and functional, making for a truly great stay.
**Hygiene:** The entire place was spotless, with attention paid to every detail. The bedding and towels were clean and odor-free, making for a reassuring and comfortable stay.

"My parents chose this hotel for their vacation. It's a beautiful hotel right by Lugu Lake, and pictures 1 and 2 show the interior and the view from the window.
The lobby has a fireplace, and when it's cold, they light a fire, making it super warm and cozy.
The service was excellent, and the afternoon tea was lovely, with a good variety of items and delicious mini cakes.
They even had two days of great weather, so my parents really enjoyed their stay."

"This hotel is located inside the scenic area. You need to purchase an adult ticket for ¥70 per person to enter the park. Seniors over 60 get half price, those over 70 get in for free, and those over 80 can have one adult accompany them for free.
The room facilities are complete, and the bathroom has a wet and dry separation. Disposable bath towels and regular towels are provided. There's also a bathtub in the room with a disposable tub liner. Plus, there's a mini washing machine, perfect for washing two jackets or 2-3 sets of underwear for enough people, and laundry detergent is included. Even though there's a big temperature difference in February, the air conditioning works great.

"It was a great stay. I got in touch with the property two days before arrival. The lady helped me to negotiate a deal to get a hired car service from lijiang as well as an excursion circling the lake. The driver they recommend was also very professional and thorough. The place is at a great location, facing the lake and close to many good restaurants. All people at the hotel were very attentive and helpful, responding to my questions and requests instantly. They also offered to help us with the luggages from and back to car hire.
The room is very comfortable and tastefully decorated too."

"The housekeeper was very thoughtful, calling two days in advance to confirm the booking and provide directions. The guesthouse is halfway up the mountain, and indeed, you open the door to a lake view. The room has a XiaoDu smart speaker, allowing voice control of various devices. FFarwa93Visited 泸沽湖 on our trip to Lijiang and it didn’t disappoint. We usually don’t book boutique hotels but this hotel’s location and views were unmatched so we decided to give it a try!
The place contacted us a week before check in and shared some info about the lake with us and also told us to contact them any time we have any questions. Superb!
Our butler Xiao Zhou was the most kind and generous. He helped us from the moment we arrived till the moment we left. Their service is very attentive, but not in the way that invades your privacy. We felt well taken care of but at the same time we had our own personal space and privacy!! Xiao Zhou recommended us a restaurant for dinner and must I say it was an incredible recommendation!!
Their food was excellent. Tasty and healthy!! The hotel also had some activities for us to take part in. We enjoyed them thoroughly.
All in all, it was a great stay and we would definitely be coming back to Lugu lake because of the hospitality we received here.

Mmastre_gamerHighly recommended! The hotel has a fantastic view of the lake and has direct access to the board walk. It is at the edge of the San Jia Chun village and it is a short 15min walk to Da Luo Shui village.
The hotel was very comfortable, with a memory foam pillow and a regular one, Projector and indoor heating.
Plus point is that they have 1 dog and 4 cats and super friendly owners.
Will definitely stay again!

The room was very clean and comfortable, and the lake view felt like a perfectly framed photograph — calm, still, and right in front of you. It was lovely strolling down to the lake, and an easy 20–30 minute walk from the lake into Lugu town. E-scooters are available for rent, though walking was honestly just as enjoyable.
The hotel facilities were excellent, with so much thought put into the little details — bath bombs, snacks, eye masks — all spotless and well-maintained. The staff were warm and lovely, and they also make a really good cup of coffee.
Breakfast was a highlight: comforting mushroom soup noodles, healthy steamed buns, eggs, and other simple but delicious dishes. And to top it all off, there’s an adorable resident cat.
A peaceful, well-considered stay that felt both cosy and memorable.

The young staff have limited English but more than make up for it with their level of service and the translator app. They even set up a groups chat in WeChat just to advise us and ensure we were in touch.
Location is great (except for the fact that there’s the road below the hotel)
Hotel itself is brilliant. Phenomenal rooms. Great meals. Very personal touch and an ever willing / cheerful / helpful group of very competent youngsters managing. The whole crew looked under 30 but did a great job.
Was an absolute pity we only stayed 2 nights. Next time a week at least! Definitely coming back.

The hotel is tastefully designed, with every corner beautifully decorated and thoughtfully curated. I was pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a lake-view room, and the room cleanliness was absolutely top-notch.
The view is truly stunning — there is an unobstructed, direct view of Lugu Lake, and 蒗放码头 is located right in front of the hotel, making the location incredibly convenient. At night, I could see a sky full of stars directly from my room, which felt truly magical.
Every detail in the room felt well considered and intentional. The room was also very comfortable in winter, with floor heating and a Dyson hair dryer, which made a huge difference during the colder days.
During afternoon tea time, the hotel served a lovely afternoon tea set, and sitting in the backyard while enjoying the lake view became one of the most relaxing and memorable moments of my entire trip.
Upon checkout, the staff thoughtfully prepared breakfast to go and gifted me some souvenirs, which was a very warm and touching gesture. They also helped recommend a reliable driver who took me back to Dali in a comfortable 9-seater car, making the journey smooth and stress-free.
The owner is a beautiful and kind lady, and her dog Lucky, an adorable corgi, is an absolute delight. The staff were all genuinely friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout my stay.
Overall, 慕鱼 offers beautiful design, breathtaking views, thoughtful service, and a truly relaxing experience. I would absolutely love to return.

The amenities were incredibly comprehensive; given how dry Lijiang's weather can be, the hotel thoughtfully provided a large Xiaomi humidifier and even makeup remover wipes – they really understand what women need! I had originally booked a standard double room, but the staff kindly upgraded me to a 270° panoramic double room free of charge. The view was absolutely stunning, and the scenery was incredibly beautiful and perfect for photos 📸. They also included complimentary pick-up and drop-off service, and the staff were warm, attentive, and responsive to every request. The breakfast was rich and delicious, and there was even afternoon tea. The fruit tarts and coffee completely won me over ☕. I truly adored the meticulous service, down to every detail. This hotel is definitely on my list for a second visit – I'll be back!

Lugu Lake is quiet and beautiful, just like this hotel and the hostess of the hotel. A girl, enthusiastic and sincere. We thought that afternoon tea was just a cup of tea and a few biscuits. But they had 4 kinds of fruits, French fries and chicken nuggets, and the tea was also a local specialty flower tea. It was very attentive at first glance. There were also desserts in the evening. The rice noodles for her breakfast were much better than those in most restaurants. The hotel is clean, well-equipped, and the hot water in the bathtub is sufficient. It adds a lot of color to the trip to Lugu Lake. I look forward to going there again next time.

GGuest UserA fantastic experience traveling with our child! The cleanliness was meticulously maintained; every corner was spotless, which was incredibly reassuring. The surroundings are absolutely stunning, with magnificent views of Lugu Lake – it felt like the lake view was brought right into our room. The service was very attentive, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The facilities are excellent, and the duplex layout provided ample space, allowing our family to stay very comfortably. It's truly perfect for family trips with children, and I wholeheartedly recommend it!
