GGuest UserThe service is the most satisfactory, the store owner is very enthusiastic, and the food here is delicious!!! The room is actually good. We drove here just when the sun was setting. We ate the self-heating hot pot we brought on the balcony (because the owner's private dishes were too busy with two tables of guests, we only smelled the aroma of the dishes but didn't order any dishes). The store owner sent dumplings and peanuts for drinking. It felt very refreshing to relax on the balcony. We chose this place that is both close to the lake and has no cars passing by because the B&B by the lake on our first night in Lugu Lake was too noisy (the lakeside road passes through the mountain in this section, and the foot of the mountain with a few small houses has to go down a slope, which is a world of its own). This choice is very correct! The starry sky seen by the lake at night is also the most in the few days in Lugu Lake. Backed by the Goddess Gemu Mountain, facing due east (you can see the sunrise in the morning, but if you don't want to look directly at the sun during the day, please draw the curtains). There was a singing bar next door. The singers were pretty good, but the guests started to sing and howled. However, we closed the balcony door and could not hear anything. It is rare to find such good sound insulation in Lugu Lake. The bed was very comfortable (the best of the three nights we stayed by the lake. My friend had poor sleep and altitude sickness, and she also felt that it was the best night of sleep). The only drawback was the voice control AI, which was a bit annoying. The voice commands had to be accurate and would suddenly ring (recognize keywords from our speech). My friend and I thought we were just out for fun and laughed it off, but if you mind, please consider it.

MM521165****The hotel boasts excellent design, and the staff are incredibly warm and attentive, making you feel right at home! Our room had a breathtaking view of Lugu Lake; we could open the window and see it, and it was just a short walk to the lakeside where we could even take a 'pig trough boat.' The owner is a local Mosuo person, very polite and hospitable. We also got to visit their unique grandmother's house. Getting to Mount Gemu Goddess was also very convenient, and we even asked the owner for travel tips. The cleanliness was exceptional, truly a five-star cleaning experience. There wasn't a speck of dust anywhere, the glass was sparkling clean without any fingerprints. The bathroom fixtures were TOTO brand, and the bedding was high-end and very comfortable! The breakfast was delicious and exquisite!
The morning mist over Lugu Lake is truly beautiful!
I highly recommend this place to everyone!

GGuest UserThe boss is so good, I also upgraded the side lake view to the front lake view, pillow water into a dream, listen to the wind and sleep. Many people can find the lake living in their home. The room design is full of characteristics, and the breeze is sunny, giving people a feeling of being in the landscape painting. You can see the water and the sky in the room, and there are a few snowy waves on the lake from time to time. It seems to be welcoming us. It is really a very good store.

GGuest UserFacilities: Okay, quite smart.
Cleanliness: The first day was okay, but on the second day there was a small bug by the bed 🐛. After the normal cleaning, the bathroom still had a lot of hair and hadn't been cleaned. Most importantly, the 8101 toilet smelled really bad. It's tolerable in winter, but those planning to stay in summer should avoid it.
Environment: Two hotels (Guanshanhai and Luoyin) are owned by the same person, so the breakfast was the same. Compared to another hotel I stayed at in Lugu Lake, it was far inferior. The breakfast was quite average, comparable to a farmhouse breakfast.
Service: A young lady in ethnic clothing provided excellent service.
I carried my own luggage in and out.
Afternoon tea was just the same cake, cookies, and a few candies as breakfast (you don't know until you compare, then you realize what real care is). (Picture 2)
Exclusive lakeside stargazing photo: The hotel didn't remind me when the weather was good, and by the time I realized I could take photos of the starry sky, the weather had turned bad 🙀
Langfang Wharf boating coupon: I didn't get it, so I rented a boat myself.
However, I'm still grateful to the hotel for taking us to another hotel.

There are many room options, including starry sky suites and parent-child suites. There is also a small bar downstairs where you can have dinner, entertainment, sing and watch movies.
Hygiene: One room per guest, one room per day, which is still very reassuring.
Service: The two local brothers are very enthusiastic. We checked in very late that day because we encountered a traffic jam on the road. They waited for us until late at night. After we arrived, they immediately helped us carry the luggage and arrange the room. The experience was full.
Facilities: The rooms are all equipped with smart toilets and electric curtains. For a lazy person like me, this is another plus point

GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is very good. It is very close to Daluoshui Pier. It takes 3 minutes to walk there. The view is better if you stay on the third floor. You can see the lake view, and the front desk staff are very helpful and answer all your questions. Actively deal with various problems. The hotel will be renovated in 2022, and the facilities are very modern and fully equipped with smart rooms. It's hygienic and clean, the bedding is tidy, and it's very comfortable to sleep. I'll stay here next time, I feel good.
