Difference! Negative review 2) Due to the heavy rain in Tokyo, the driver had to arrive at Izu after 11 o'clock, so we discussed with the hotel to delay check-out for one hour! I also stated that I have checked in many times and am a regular customer and have spent over one million yen. The answer I received was (咩desi) that I can only sit in the lobby and wait and check out one minute late and the calculation starts at 2,000 yen per hour! Bad review 3) The Kaiseki restaurant has Indian waiters! And there is a female Indian who has very strong body odor! Go meet this woman! The memory is still fresh! When I left the next day, the lights were turned off before I left the house, and the Japanese style and thoughtfulness of the past were missing.
