Special thanks to Front office ***ager V***n and the team.It was such a great experience where we had spent an entire day inside the property enjoying all the facilities. The property is very close to nature with lot of greenery. Kids enjoyed the variety of recreation activities. My son did a sailing course and I strongly recommend this activity. It was great fun and the entire team of aqusail were very friendly and professional. The pools were well maintained and the staff were very attentive. Special thanks to Gaurav and Naresh from pool side. The spa and fitness center was amazing and very well maintained. Special thanks to spa director Dr. Ratheesh for ensuring a great experience at the property and assisting on planning our days there. The food was yummy. Special thanks to the great service at Lounge from Vikas. House keeping staff were very thorough and room was Luxurious and very well maintained. Special thanks to the house keeping ***ager Mr. Panda for checking on us throughout the stay. Overall it was an amazing and memorable experience. Thank you Grand Hyatt Goa team.

Our stay was very comfortable and nice. I had my aged mother travelling with me. Riya at the front desk gave us a room near the lobby which required minimal walking. She was very attentive to my mother's need. Everyone at the hotel was kind and concerned. Gaurav in the dining area went out of his way to cater to our needs. When my mother was not eating, he asked her the reason and brought her probiotic drink for her indigestion. They gave us tables nearest to the buffet so that my mother didn't have to walk. The swimming instructor at the pool took care of my daughter when she was swimming. Only complaint is the room service - simple orders take upwards of 40-50 minutes. Tea was always cold. Overall a nice stay.

The hidden Gem in this treasure is BLD the all day Coffee shop, Oh my God so spacious, so beautiful, it was love at first sight. Divided into different sections of cuisines with live kitchens serving varieties of food at very reasonable prices. Each & every dish was so tasty & perfect may be from Chat counter, Italian food, salad counter, Chinese dishes, sushi counter, Indian food, Deserts, oh my mouth has already full of water. Cheff Bhasker & his team are doing a great job, the Taste, quality, presentation & all are one above another you cannot find a little short coming, the food is sumptuous & more than value for money. In my life I have not tasted food Better than here. According to me this is the best food to be served in any Hotel in India or abroad. My best wishes to Cheff Bhaskar & his team for doing such a wonderful work & wish them all the best for future. NB: you need at least 4-5 days stay to enjoy the complete journey of this food Mela. We stayed at The Fern Residency for 4 nights in September 2023.It was a worthwhile experience. Location also very close to the Miramar riverside promenade. Hotel is just 6 minutes from the beach. Our special thanks to Ms Varsha and Mr Kumar at the reception for taking care of the check in via phone as we were arriving late. All formalities were done prior to reaching so we didn't have to wait. Very cordial staff behaviour and they were very helpful. The hotel architecture is very vintage and rooms are furnished with age old teak wood furniture and spanish stone tiles washroom amenities though are very up-to-date and good functioning.Typical Portuguese decor. A haven for culture loving people. Special thanks to Mr Ravi and the restaurant staff for providing very tasty yet super quality food.

Very pleasant experience. Clean comfortable spacious rooms with adequate proper amenities. Comfortable bed and pillow. More than enough options for the buffet breakfast. Delicious food and good service by friendly staff. Great Location, 2 mins walking from the beach and also the Dona Paula jetty. Calm, serene surroundings tucked away into a small quaint lane, hence avoiding the traffic noise. Easy to get rickshaws, Buses and even private cars. Hardly 10 mins from the Miramar beach and the main road. Definitely would recommend for a peaceful stay.
