Die Zimmer wann leider Dreckig, daraufhin haben wir ein neues bekommen welches auch nicht gereinigt war. Desweiteren gab es kein Warmwasser und man konnte die ersten 2 Tage nicht Duschen… An der Rezeption gab es dann eine Flasche Wasser in die Hand gedrückt um mich sauber zu machen. Bei 82€ die Nacht erwarte ich mehr!

The hotel is dirty. There were traces of excrement in the toilet bowl of the room. The bed linen had holes. Despite having payed in advance, the hotel manageur wanted to keep my passeport in the reception

Having visited Novi pazar two times before, I strongly believe that Emrovic Raj is the best hotel you will find in the city! Beautiful facilities in a quiet location , but at the same time only a short drive away from the historic center. The room was big, with comfortable beds and had an impressive bathroom made of marble. Breakfast had great variety and included a lot of local profucts. We really enjoyed the swimming pool area and its amenities (you could even find different tea flavors at the locker rooms which was a great touch!). The staff was very polite and helpful with anything we needed, making us feel very welcome from the first moment. Hvala na svemu!

Perfect holiday Tasty food friendly staff Place is nice recommended thermal water it's so healthy apical thx to housekeeping and front disk for welcome us Bar staff are amazing thx senad Food at the restaurant was so delicious and tasty . Recommend hotel for who want chill or or who want enjoy holiday.
