"Room was damp with dirty torn carpet . The television didn’t work and when I called the front desk they put me on eternal hold . After waiting, I went to the desk . The desk person said she had been busy but she was sitting in a chair in the corner and the phone was laying on the counter . She then told me they were booked and didn’t have a room to move us too or another television to change ours with . About an hour later the fire alarm went off in our room and I returned to the desk . Different person due to shift change . She said it wasn’t our room . That the fire panel said it was one the third floor . The guest on the third floor said his wasn’t going off . This desk person was able to move us down the hall . This room was equally dirty and damp . The fire alarm continued to go off in the first room and could be heard in the room that we were now in . I also had family in three other rooms, that could hear the alarm and had issues in the rooms with cleanliness. We traveled 6 plus hours to a funeral and had no choice but to stay and make it work but it won’t be a place we will be returning too . Maintenance came in as we were leaving and silenced the alarm quickly too bad it couldn’t have been done 9 hours earlier when we were wanting to sleep ."
