Beach Hotels in Iskandar Puteri

This is my second time staying at this hotel with friends. My first stay was awesome as the hotel looks new and maintained well, thus I bring another group of friends to repeat stay here. Love their breakfast spread for first visit, this round we stayed 2 nights, one breakfast was on Friday with lesser choice, second day breakfast on Saturday the spread is better with more choices, overall food standard dropped abit, but love their pastries which is nice 👍🏻. Stuff is friendly trying to accommodate our request on rooms. Only provide 2 bath towels , no floor nor hand towels supplied, maybe due to eco-friendly, ok for us as they provide good quality room slippers, but one of the towel didn’t look clean when use…2nd day the replacement towels was ok …. The rooms maintained well, the reception areas abit old , may need refurnish to have better impressions of the hotel

Love the free parking when the ticket validated. The foods are so much variety we tried all but the time limit is not enough. The treasure hunting and to break the clues to find the combination lock is fun. The themed deco concept of the hotel room are on point. Its very convenient locatiin when you wabt to go to the water park, theme park, Sea Life and Medini mall. The parking bays are ample and nearby with covered roof. We should have stayed one more night as we do not use all the facilities and services there.

Hotel room is clean , has a big pool and gym. However unpleasant service experience Upon check-in at the hotel, the receptionist told us that the breakfast would be served from 6:30am to 11am at level 5. My husband and I were quite surprised with the timing and we still double confirm if its till 11am. The answer was certainly. We wrote down the infor ar the room card holder infront the receptionist. Next day, we went down our breakfast around 10:15am. We informed the staff our room number before we proceed to the table. The staff told us “ you have only 10 mins left”. I was in a shocked and asked why is it 10 mins left. He said the breakfast will be closed at 10:30am. I pointed at the board outside the restaurant which stated “6:30am - 11:00am” and told him that the receptionist informed us till 11am. He said he doesn’t know, but it’s 10:30am and he proceeded to do his stuffs. We didn’t want to argue further, just want to quickly grab our breakfast. There were limited food left , but had few stations provided noodles and eggs that they will cook upon request. I then ordered my noodles, but no one serve me. I walked to the egg section and ordered eggs. The lady told me “sorry we closed already”. I only took a few breads and returned to my table and shared what I have encountered to my husband. My husband went to order the egg for me again and got same reply. But he looked at his watch and showed them the timing which was 10:24am. The chef just looked at my husband without reply to him a single word and left the station through the door behind. We was being left infront of the counter and we waited for 5 mins , still no one return to the station counter. Feeling so pissed off with their attitude and unprofessional service. We went back to our table to have our breads. At around 10:41 which 20 mins later after we ordered the food, one of the waiter brought the eggs to us and left it on our table. Ramada is a large hotel chain and owned by Wyndham , operates around the world. I stayed their hotel in Singapore, Bangkok and Indonesia and never encounter such issues before. Kind of disappointed.

Counter staffs are excellent and professional. I stayed from 10-13 March in 11012. I like to visit this hotel everytime we come to Legoland. This hotel is the best in Johor Legoland. Highly recommended for families going to legoland. Walking distance about 5-7mins walk.

I really nice spacious room, we stayed in 307, which is a one-bed room apartment, please note there are smaller rooms. this is really good if you are staying for a few days, large living room with an induction cooker, toaster, microwave, and fridge. They also included plates and bowls. for cooking equipment and glassware, you will need to contact housekeeping, i stayed only 2 nights so i didn't bother. one big pet peeve was that the dish provided was too big for the microwave, so please heat up your food in the containers before plating them. Both the microwave and fridge worked well, it made ice in around 2 to 3 hours. the shower was great, with constant temperature and good water pressure. the bedroom lacked a TV only the TV was in the living room, so that was a bummer, the room was also a bit noisy as i think there is a family of birds living in the air-con compressor so if you are a light sleeper, you want to give this a miss. The road outside can also get noisy at all hours. The nightlife is interesting, with quite a few bars and restaurants, and lots of motorized scooter rental stores, this does have quite a big issue with me, with alot of teens and kids zooming up and down the harbor at night, it does get dangerous for families with smaller kids. The selling point of this place is its proximity to Legoland, unfortunately, it is a tad hard to get a Grabcar (a rideshare service like Uber) because at the moment the area is not as busy as it was pre-covid. i see families waiting 30mins to an hour to get a car. If you drive, there is an underground carpark (complimentary). The most disappointing was the breakfast, not enough food, and they were unable to cope with the number of people. they struggled to fill coffee pots, juice dispensers, cut fruits, and bread. once something came out, it was gone in minutes. Overall, I would recommend this place for families, just skip the breakfast and make something in the room.

Hotel is located in Sunway Big Box, about 30 - 40 min drive from town, a big retail space but limited choices of retailers and F&B choices. There is NSK for grocery shopping, huge BookXcees (my girl's favourite), Padini, Mr DIY to name a few. We arrive in the evening and hotel was fully book for the night, so can't fulfil my request for high floor room. But the staff was kind to provide a room away from the swimming pool as there is live band on the weekends. Booked a room with king sized bed and sofa bed and was given a room with 2 single beds and a sofa bed in the end (but the single beds can be place together easily). There is a set up charge of RM80 to set up the sofa bed, otherwise can just request for pillow/blankets/bedsheet and set it up yourself for free. Free parking. Hotel breakfast has a good variety esp for those who love nasi lemak/spicy food. For older kids/adults, can visit the nearby X-Park at Sunway Iskandar for outdoor activities like Go-kart/ATV ride etc.

Location and facilities were great but let down by the stench coming from the common toilet which cause the whole room to smell too. The Good:: - Main bedroom bed was larger than a normal King size bed. It's either an Euro King or Super King size Comes with Nespresso coffee machine, washing, machine, dryer and dishwasher. Good for longer stay and self cooking. Area of Improvement:: (had feedback to counter staff) - Toilet was clean and tidy so suspect that the stench either came from the ventilation vents or the clogged pipes. Smell affect the whole room so had to close the toilet doors. - Main bedroom toilet sink was also clogged - Trip.Com showed 3 King size bed in description but 2 bedroom deluxe only comes with 1 x King and 2x Single. So it's misleading.

We were welcomed by Didi at the check in counter. He was super polite and courteous and we were very happy when he upgraded us to the penthouse 3 bedroom . Although we stayed there for 1 night but his customer service skills was excellent. For the room wise, its spacious and every room has a connected bathroom. If you are expecting a quality hotel room then this is not the place for you. Cleanliness is 8/10. Maintenance 6/10. The wifi is good if you are close to the router. If not its unstable. But overall for a family reunion if you are not too picky is acceptable. The swimming pool also is normal and the toilet is superb. Is not dirty or not maintained. My family enjoyed the swimming pool and the breakfast was on bento and is delicious. If you want a buffet is an additional 20rm per pax for you to enjoy Frasers Place Puter Harbour buffet breakfast. Didnt take picture as we forgot. But overall stay for family is 8/10 for a serviced apartment setting. And also Thank you Didi for the welcoming and also the farewell 👍🏽

We booked a 4 bedroom “penthouse” that was located on level 5 of a 20+ floor building. When questioned we were told that a duplex is the same as a penthouse. Must be different definitions in different countries. Inside, the apartment was comfortable but lacking many items needed for a family stay. A mini fridge, dirty frypan and dirty saucepan were the only items on hand for cooking. The soap provided in the showers was poor quality as to were the paper thin towels. Outside facilities such as pool and playground were nice touches. Location was also good for our visit to Legoland.

3 adults and 2 kids stay. Like: - location near to Legoland - bed in main bedroom is big and comfy. - air con is strong enough. Ceiling fans provided. - management help replace faulty water flask on same day. - nice and big swimming pool. Dislike: - nearby no place to buy food nor supermarket. Need to take taxi 10-15 mins away to shopping mall. - jacuzzi is dirty, and cockroaches around at night. - bed at living area, height is quite low for adults. - Balcony is dusty. Area is small, not really suitable to sit outside to enjoy view. Not recommend to open balcony door esp at night. As we did that and cockroach came in.
