I am a regular traveler and used to like this hotel because of its service and location. However, during a recent trip with my family, I faced several issues. First, I requested an extra towel for my kids, but they said they don't provide it. Second, I asked for housekeeping, but the staff didn't arrive until the evening, even after I complained. When they finally came, it was uncomfortable because my family was in the room. Lastly, the kettle in the room was rusted when I wanted to boil some water. I became disappointed as the hotel has not been well-maintained recently. Lastly I have noticed this hotel doesn’t have different rooms as they are advertised in different platforms. They only have one type of room. Even you book twin or queen or king bed they only either push single bed side by side or separate bed. All room size are more and less same.

Apart from location is close to Legoland and food locations that plus point. Thumbs up: 1. 24 hours food joint below 2. Nice seaview (from swimming pool) 3. Near Legoland 4. Very large & spacious hotel room 5. Free parking Thumbs down: 1. Hotel room not clean, bed sheets and towels are stained even after replaced, beds and sheets are relatively yellowish and are obvious run down. 2. Do not top up amenities 3. HOTEL HEATER ONLY LAST FOR 5-10mins, shower pressure are weak, need to bathe as quick (Apply to room 320) 4.TV channels limited

The room was big. There was fridge, kitchen and all. Unfortunately, there's an ant infestation and seems to have some bed bug issue on either the sofa or mat. There were mold stains on the wall of the toilet. Had to ask for toiletries like shaver, comb etc. But for the roomy space and the affordable price, we might consider coming back. There's parking within the building though the security guards were eyeing us a bit too close for comfort. There was food around, the Thai place not too bad though quality could be improved. But a guy on scooter was circling around us thrice to and fro while we walked from the hotel to the restaurant, we were a bit concerned about safety. We didn't have time to check out the pool nor the fountain nearby or the harbour area. Would make time for it next time hopefully.

Hotel staff are friendly and i like this location because there is a food court near by hotel. There is a variety of food and drink including live band music after 8:00pm. Over the park and sea there is various bars and having various food from Thai cuisine , Indian cuisine , western food. There is a supermarket near by as well.

Check in was smooth. The apartment was decent. However, the TV was not working. Upon calling, they said it can only be fixed the next day. Next day came, it was still not fixed. The kids were not able to watch TV. If you feel like detoxing your kids from TV, sure it’s good, but we usually preserve TV on weekends as such they were really deprive. There wasn’t daily housekeeping aside from changing of rubbish. The breakfast buffet do not have much option and the taste were a lil bland. Will not come here again, but interesting experience.

Best dor rest. Food stalls are around the corner, Massage place too. Huge rooms and best for family gathering, Not so well welcome from the front line but decent enough Afterall we have a blast day and add on one day.

A lovely hotel to stay. Location is good as it’s next to the beautiful Puteri Harbour. The staff, namely Aditi and Haziq were attentive to our needs. One negative point was that all televisions in the hotel were down. Regardless, recommended 😍

Had an amazing stay here ! Big room altho tv has not much channels. But comfortable bed ! Totally away from the city & very peaceful. Went on a weekend and it’s lively too. This is perfect for those who love to take a stroll or enjoy a boat ride (only open weekend) 5mins away from the hotel. Although it is at a secluded area, there are 2 24/7 food places to eat at & i too recommend eating at Zataar. Take note there is deposit fee of 100rm. Will definitely come back again.

- Great location and activity for kids at Puteri Harbour - This hotel has spacious and clean rooms that have been praised by many guests in their reviews. - The great swimming pool view very best -attentive counter staff who fulfilled our request everytime - Great location with 24hr MANA cafe down stair which serves great food at affordable price - 5mins drive away from legoland - 3mins to nearby bars and bistro with live band during weekend - would recommend and will revisit again during our next trip

Location: - Spot on foe peace & away feom hustling city. -Lots of greenaries and open space, Park with beautiful sculptures, fountain, yatch view, parkings Amenities: - Rooftop infinity though not big, but great view, with kids pool too. Benches and Sofa bed makes a nuce relaxing spot. - Many others which we didnt chevk out as stayrd for 1 night. Breakfast Menu - Must improve as they dun taste as per dishes labelled. (Eg. Nasi Lemak,but the taste of the rice was white rice) Room - Studio complete with everything u need in a home. - Ironing box, Fridge, Kitchennette, Tv, Sofa, Bar table, Great lightings, Slippers, Toilet is well furbished and clean. Staffs - Most are Sri Lankans' and friendly with smiley faces fm lobby till restaurant. Amenities. - Many eateries close by & just beside e hotel has 24hr MANA MANA EATERIES. varieties and awesome spot to dine. - Convenient store across the street - Arab food across the street. - HARD ROCK is jus 5min ridez @PINETREE hotel. Overall an awesome experiwnce and woulds return again.
