I’m on my way home us when I get there I will write a letter with all the problems I found in this place lots of safety violations I will get in touch very soon the top management don’t care to fix problems that can cause harm to persons life like electric wires loose open and dose conduct electricity electrical appliances not wired to the ground which conducts electricity to anyone touching it. The sourage gas is everywhere the venting system in the restroom at the lobby weren’t working the stuff mapping the floor with dirty water no communication no English spoken

They run away when you ask for a service
I ask for a safe to put my passport and money
They give one small very any one could wake away with it ,instructions are in Turkish language
I couldn’t operate the safe no help and any one could help himself to the safe because everyone have the room key house keeping, from desk stuff, the night guy , the technician…..
I’m sorry ******* have some responsibility in the matter because they don’t physically check this places and they don’t contact the authorities
When they hear about safely violation. The place doesn’t have emergency plans in case of emergency. No warning signs to be find anywhere ( hot water ) wet floor, no area no smoking person ……
The electric generator does make big noise and the wall are not sound proof and it’s on some time early in the morning.
This place deserves to be closed for serious inspection

The waiting staff and catering was excellent went the extra mile for everyone. The head chef sefahan was extremely helpful and friendly

Wonderful holiday
The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and ready to help at any moment. Many of the staff speak Russian, so there will be no problems for Russian-speaking tourists to communicate. The food is varied and very tasty - many thanks to the chef.

О плюсах. Очень уютные номера. Убирались каждый день. Все чисто и хорошо. Приветливый персонал, особенно на ресепшене. Не далеко до моря, пару минут. Кондиционер. А теперь минусы. Их не пересчитать. 1. Полная антисанитария. Грязь. У бара грязно, бармены наливают алкоголь и разлитое не вытирают. Барные стекла все в разводах, и у бара много пыли и паутины. Часто наливали пиво, и пиво воняло. Просила наливать в стеклянные бокалы. 2. Столы часто залиты и не убраны у бара. Убирают когда попросят, и то не понятной тряпкой. 3. Посуда для еды битая. 4. Официанты собирают тарелки на тележках. Все они грязные, при столике собирают посуду и сортируют отходы при вашем же столике. 5. Шоу вообще без комментариев. Один вечер был бинго вечер, он понравился. И вечер караоке. Еще терпимо было когда была Турецкая ночь. В вечер до вылета должен быть Fire show. Его отменили просто в момент. Музыка целыми днями на репите, и с рекламой ютуба. Еще какой то странный показ мод самих же работников. 6. Очень не очень. Целыми днями практически одно и тоже. Да было что то из курицы и рыбы гриль. О ассортимент не менялся. Морепродуктов-0. Были какие то суши один день и те овощные без рыбы. Десерты не один не понравился из всех что было. Из вкусного-томатный суп и их же хлеб. 7. Пляж с лежаками не очень чистый. Матрасы были не на всех лежаках. 8.Бассейн как бассейн. Без подогрева, но было отлично при жаре. Горка работала не всегда. Скрасило все это дело конечно же море. И тепло. Считаю что данная гостиница не стоит тех денег что заплатили. Фото не делала, этой грязи. Было не уместно их делать при работниках. Отель изношен и там есть что привести в порядок. Больше касается уличной кухни и бара.

Ну что, начнем! Летали в этот отель с друзьями и детьми! На первый взгляд отель неплохой! Но! Через пару дней началось интересное! Первое. У нас почему-то перестали убираться! От слова совсем! Подхватили какую-то бяку, ребенок естественно заблевал весь унитаз и 2 дня (мы были в это время в больнице) мы не могли допроситься, что бы нам убрались в туалете! По приезду с больницы я увидела, что все грязно как и было! Я пошла искать уборщицу. Нашла, она ответила, что убиралась и тогда я пригласила её в туалет и все показала! Она пошла за тряпкой, что-то поделала и ушла! Я пошла проверять! Туалет был слегка протерт, раковина осталась грязной как и полы, и грязные полотенца, и стухший мусор в ведре! Я просто психанула и намыла все сама!!!! Но в целом номера грязные. Все двери заляпаны, сантехника не протирается. Вообщем отель очень сильно уставший! В соседних номерах убирались нормально или более менее!! Второе. Как вы уже поняли, мы что-то подхватили! Нас было 10 человек и все заболели, только с разной степенью симптоматики! Ребенку (13 лет) было очень плохо! Мы обратились в больницу! Пролежали 2 дня! Сильнейшая кишечная инфекция и обезвоживание!!! Третье. Аланья, район Оба! Кругом грязь. Вонь кошачьим ссаньем, канализацией и мусором! Пока дойдешь до пляжа блевануть можно, хотя идти 2 минуты! Четвертое. Половина зонтиков на пляже поломаны и их вообще не хватает на всех отдыхающих. Заход в море галька и острые камни. Пятое. Выбор еды никакой. Сначала кажется, что ок, но через 2 дня уже невозможно смотреть: помидоры с фаршем, перцы с фаршем, яйца с фаршем, фарш с фаршем! Морепродуктов нет! В основном курица! Шестое. Стулья на улице все грязные просто сидишь и прилипаешь! Седьмое. Периодически ломается лифт Восьмое. По приезду оказалась, что нам не хватает номеров! Друзей заселили в соседний отель на 1 день, нас заселили в другой корпус Anex, а котором ни слова на сайте отеля!!! До него нужно идти, там ты только ночуешь! Но пока идешь в рестик видишь только уличную грязь и вдыхаешь эту вонь! Из позитивного только солнце, море, пляж Клеопатры, поездка в пещеры! Цены просто космос, чашка кофе по 4-5€, короче Турция это уже не бюджетный и классный отдых! Я за эти деньги лучше в Европу! П.С. Конечно нужно было фоткать для убедительности! Но одно фото все же есть! Все вокруг и отель как этот милейший и чистейший бокал. Кстати это был комплимент от отеля, за косяки заселения! !!!Людям любящим чистоту и красоту точно не сюда!!!
