One-price all-inclusive hotel, the staff is passionate about people. The overall hotel is not very large, but it is more suitable for the whole family. The hotel can go directly to the beach, the water in the Mediterranean is very clean, I heard that there is a therapeutic effect, soaking for 1 hour a day. There are fish in the water, the buoyancy of the water is great, and the swimming feeling is great.

Пишу по свежим следам. Вернулись 2 дня назад с Алании Отель конечно не 4 звёзды Но это хорошая твёрдая тройка! Если вы привыкли ездить в 5 звёзд - вам не понравится 1. Расположение: норм, мы любим пешком ещё ходить. До центра час, на автобусе 15 минут. Ходит часто - поэтому доехать до достопримечательностей и кафе - труда не составляет. По пешей дороге очень красивая аккуратная набережная, с видом на крепость, гулять - супер. По пнд и чт открывается рынок, очень вкусные фрукты/овощи, а так - там есть абсолютно все. Рядом с отелем: бим, шок, мигрос 2 штуки. 2. Пляж: не очень. Грязноватый. Есть места с плитами и камнями, но собственный, с бесплатными лежаками (они конечно повидали своё) советуем на пляже идти в правую сторону, там плит меньше. Честно, мы ездили последние дни на автобусе на Клеопатру. 60 лир за лежак, море чистое, песок сказочный. 20 минут ехать точно, но оно того стоит 3. Номерной фонд: номер достался хороший, раковина туалет душ - ничего не текло. Иногда несёт канализацией :( Кровать шкафы тумбочки - не новое, но все ок. Все балконы выходят либо на улицу либо на бассейн, вида на море тут нет, в номере есть холодильник, сейф, кондей (у нас был старый, который трещал и не регулировалось направление, но спасибо что дул) 4. Питание: шикарное. Правда супер. Да однообразно, но были меняющиеся блюда, все очень вкусно не жирно, не кисло. Мы были счастливы там есть. Никто не отравился) Бар - ужас. Кроме пива наверно брать нечего) соки - тоже треш, пьёшь только газовки, чай, кофе 5. Обслуживание: все убирали, полотенца меняли, бумагу давали, воду по литру тоже, лебедей крутили, мы периодически оставляли на чай, в целом ок. 6. *Вай Фай есть только в лобби, работает ок, остальной - платно. Резюмируя: отель подойдёт для непривередливых, вы тут не отравитесь, будете всегда сытыми, живности никакой нет, есть бассейн, свой бесплатный пляж и много магазинов рядом (аптека тоже кстати). Есть свои минусы, но они не критичные. С пренебрежением русских - не встретились. Все в порядке *лиры снимали через корону, их можно снять только в головном офисе почты!!!рубли везде меняют, но курс спорный. Решайте!

Kaila city is my first holiday abroad can’t fault the hotel all on all bar staff and waiters are all kind and welcoming will go above and beyond to ensure you have what you need ☺️ beds are comfy with daily cleaning wide range of different foods and drinks would definitely visit again 😄

We got a nice deal for all inclusive in this hotel. It is a small hotel and not the best choice if you plan to spend a lot of time indoors or within hotel territory. We didn’t. Beach is 3 min walk away, city centre a short bus ride away. Food was nice, you get standard frozen-fried options and also fresh local dishes - your choice. The building across the street has speakers for prayers on the rooftop, it is LOUD. We enjoyed the hammam and massage (thank you Öner). Overall the hotel is great if you get a nice price deal and have realistic expectations.

Me and my family we stayed in mesut hotel alanya for eight days in August 2024.my two children loved the hotel.all the staff was generous, well serviced and the hotel was clean and food was ok.the cleaning lady clean our room every day.in the restaurant all the waiter were helpful.hope fully we will be back in future thanks to every staff in mesut.

The only thing i did not like are some guests of this hotel from the former SSSR, such a stupid way of having fun there:( It is obvious that they had such a terrible and poor history behind theirselves. It is obvious that they were starving, since they had filled their plates with bounch of food and of course they could not had eaten it:).Disgusting, inded.Also , we had met some extremely nice people from Macedonia and Germany:) With love....

We made a reservation from ETS Tur a month or two ago, it was an economical holiday. I would like to thank Mr. Numan, the manager of Polat Tatil Evleri, for hosting me and my family well. There was nothing missing in the room we stayed in, electronic devices and everything else were working properly. Our balcony had a pool view, there was no fly problem on the balcony or in the room. Apart from this, the location of the hotel is a central place for those who want to visit the bays of Alanya, with Orange Bay and Kargicak Bay in the east, and Damlatas Bay and Cleopatra Bay in the west. Additionally, if you want to take a walk after having dinner in your room in the evening, there is a walking and cycling path on the beach. The hotel is close to bus stops and there are places to shop near the hotel.
