First of all, the hotel is quite small and includes the lobby, the restaurant and the room itself. But more importantly, many things do not make sense. There is only one elevator in use (there is another one in the corner which is not in use), as a result, causing chaos in the rush hour. The public bath is so-called a natural hot springs but that is quite common in that area, it is open to the public so many local people use it. Upon the small restaurant, they also put a lot of unnecessary stuff to make the situation worse, e.g. they put an old engine (those you see in the museum), and the dinner table is just right next to it. In terms of service, the front desk people have very limited English ability but I notice that one of the female staff in the restaurant can speak fluently (she remind me to take out a cup of coffee in English). Honestly, it doesn't make sense.....

The mall hot springs were amazing! Conveniently located in front of Obihiro Station. The rooms were spacious. The building is a little old, but the hot springs are amazing, so if I go to Obihiro again, I'd definitely stay at this hotel!

The location is very close to the station, bus terminal convenience store, and Butadong Poncho. You can choose from 4 styles of breakfast and there is one staff member who speaks English well. The downside is that the hotel is small, so the rooms are small and the hot spring facilities are not as good as the local bathhouse.

It is close to JR Station and Tokachi Bus Terminal, and the transportation is very convenient. It is billed as the only (or the earliest?) natural hot spring in Obihiro City. It is a bit similar to Yangmingshan Hot Spring with yellow color and slippery texture, but without the sulfur smell. It is my choice for this trip to Hokkaido. It's quite special. I originally made a reservation on the official website (what kind of membership do I need to join), but then I found out that Trip has it on sale (it is not available on other platforms). I was very happy to book two nights at the same affordable price as the official website. Breakfast includes Japanese, European and ********* styles, with unlimited access to the salad bar. The hotel also provides two free bicycles with baskets, which are very suitable for city roaming, whether riding to Maiyin for breakfast, or along the riverside bicycle lane Ride to Oihiro Jingu Shrine or Aikoku. All in all, a great choice of accommodation in Obihiro

It was very conveniently located near Obihiro Station. The bath was very nice. The breakfast was also delicious and very satisfying.

The hotel's hot springs are pure and clean. There are several breakfast styles to choose from. The breakfast location is warmly decorated. The service staff speak excellent English and have good service. They will keep coming to ask questions.

I've known this hotel for a long time, and it's since been renovated, so the rooms and large public bath are nice and clean. Automatic payment machines have also been installed. If possible, I would like the vending machines to be placed in easy-to-find locations on multiple floors, rather than just in the basement. Other than that, there were no issues and I had a pleasant stay.

It's an old hotel, so it's unavoidable, but the breakfast is okay, but the service was poor, and I'm a little disappointed. I was guided to Japanese and Western food, and I received the feeling that I would not be able to choose the other because it would take time.

This is my third time staying here on a business trip. The room is clean and fine, but the walls are a little thin and there is noise from the hallway. But? The sauna only has mist, but the hot, flowing moor hot spring and unlimited towels are appreciated. Even if the breakfast price has increased, it's still OK for this price (1,300 yen). This time I had Western food with rice. I wanted to eat bacon. I'll definitely return.

I was looking for a hotel to stay at in Obihiro, and decided to stay at a hotel with its own hot spring source, so I made a reservation. It was an old hotel, but the facilities were fine, and it was conveniently located near the downtown area in front of Obihiro Station. The important thing is that the moor hot spring was slippery and very comfortable, so it was the right choice.

I come here once a year. The reason I want to stay here is the hot springs and breakfast. This hotel has its own hot spring source, and fresh hot water flows continuously. The moor hot springs in Tokachigawa Onsen are also good, but I also like the moor hot springs in Obihiro City because they feel good on the skin. There is also a massage machine in the dressing room. It is free to use, and getting a massage after the hot spring is a blissful time. Another fun thing is breakfast, which you can choose from four options, but my favorite is the Japanese set meal. In addition to the main fish, there are about four small dishes, which are filling and delicious, and more satisfying than the buffet breakfasts at other hotels. I think there are some shortcomings, such as the old facilities and lack of an air purifier, but there are things I like that make up for that, so I would like to come again.
