Spacious room, with dinning room. Right located 1-2 blocks from busy areas, so it was convenient but not noisy. Suprisingly there was a sunna room and it worked!

Very close to station and comfortable inside. It also provides free rental facilities such as laundry and cheap detergents. Parking lot is also charged 500 yen only. Highly recommend Areaone if you visit to Obishiro next time.

The room was very big, & the parking slot is very near by. Recommended for visitors who was driving.

It is about 1 km away from the station. The room is relatively large but very retro, with a retro feel. If you want to choose a cheap hotel, this hotel... is okay.

The room reminded me of an old love hotel. I especially didn't like the bathroom. The window frame was wobbly and when I opened the window, pieces of the wooden window frame fell down.

My family and I stayed in the family room. There were toys and the kids seemed very happy, which was nice. However, the bath and toilet were old-fashioned and had noticeable cracks and mold.

The room was very big and tidy. The receptionist was very polite and could communicate in simple English. The hotel provides parking for a fee, 900 yen/night. There are also restaurants near the hotel but they close early, around 8 o'clock. Overall, the price/performance ratio is high. The hotel is about 15 minutes' drive from the city center.

The room was spacious and very nice. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of food, so I didn't get bored even after staying for 3 nights, and it was delicious. The parking lot is indoors, so it's safe for motorcycles. You can get ice for drinks at the front desk. The location is within easy walking distance of the station, where you can see various shops.

All very satisfied, especially the rich breakfast , will stay again next time! I live in room 710. I hope the bathroom is better mold-proof, especially the glass behind the door is broken. I hope it can be repaired. It will be even better!

The facilities are old and poorly maintained, the carpet in the room smells bad, the bathtub and walls in the bathroom are moldy and cannot be cleaned well.

The room is one of the largest in Japan, with a double bed, a single bed, and a sofa bed. The luggage can be easily opened, which shows that the room is very large. In addition, the bathing area in the toilet is almost the size of a personal hot spring bath, and the breakfast is also great!

Although it is old, the hotel is well-cleaned and clean, which is a nice touch. The breakfast is also delicious. The only disappointment was that the air conditioner (inverter) was noisy when it was turned on and off. I was even more disappointed because I paid a high price (during a three-day weekend).
