We have stayed in this hotel several times, all for the convenience of students taking exams. The hotel is not bad, the service attitude of the front desk staff is very good, and the room facilities are also good.

I’ll start with the pros. Extremely friendly front desk staff, parking on site( with a fee unless you are a hyatt member), clean room large room.   Cons- nothing is more disappointing than hearing we are renovating at the time of check-in. It should be a requirement for the hotel to let guests know before  booking that they are going thru renovations. Nothing was mentioned at the time I booked.  They have no restaurant or store on site for snacks/food etc. You have to order room service. There is nothing really in walking distance and once you park, check-in to this massive hotel- the last thing you want to do is get back in your car.  The room service was delivered with plastic cups/plastic plates. Another “Covid” excuse. Time for these establishments to get back on track with amenities and services. The excuse is getting old.

Fantastic customer service in a clean and beautiful environment.  The rooms are nice and the entire surroundings offer a peaceful and relaxing environment.  The thing I liked most was the greenery and hotel surroundings. although the room was nice I found the bed a bit uncomfortable to sleep in and the shower pressure was very low which made for a long shower.

The courtyard is beautiful, that was probably the best part. The service of the wait/catering staff was amazing and super help but the food was very bland. The rooms were clean but a bit outdated. For the money I would've expected more, especially for a Hyatt Regency.
