Beautiful scenary however family and junior rooms are up the hill which is a bit secluded from facilities and the beach. There is however a hillside pool with a slide especially for families but no poolbar present.

nice hotel if u drive car uself,because the position is far away from town,but the view is good ,and the staffs r nice ,food is also good ,hotel is peace and quiet ,may be next time i will come back here

Room was very spacious and clean. View from my room was nice and very relaxing. Variety of foods for breakfast. Staffs were very attentive.

Our room, Reserve Beachfront, was located in the same building as the reception lobby. We could easily access the beach and the pool as well as enjoy the view from our balcony, where sometimes the monkeys came to say hi. It was quite convenient to get around the hotel though it took some time to wait for the funicular. It's really perfect for our 2 nights vacation with the private beach, kayak rent, and viewpoint to enjoy within the hotel.

The best hotel I have ever stayed. Great hospitality amazing food and best view. We stay at the pool villa and it was so well planned and beautifully decorated. Wish could just stay there forever.

Fine hotel, sometimes but outdated but the room was very cheap so that makes sense.

Beautiful property, lots of trees and flowers and nice beach area. Has 2 pools. Wasn't crowded at all, was nice and quiet except some construction during the day. Rooms are spacious enough. Food at the restaurant was very good. It's a large property and the breakfast building is high up so you need to take the cable car or get a ride in a cart to get there. Property is not near anything else though so need a taxi or bike rental to go anywhere else. Overall though it is a great resort. If I go to Koh Chang, I will definitely stay here again!

Excellent resort with good food and rooms. One slight criticism is that the pool bar staff could have circulated more regularly for guests to buy drinks, and food / drinks often sat on the bar waiting to be taken to tables when staff clearly weren’t busy. A fairly minor point though as we would definitely return.

Everything was amazing. Very quiet, food superb, personnel very polite and caring, my daughter dreaming to come again. Me too

Excellent stay. The view is pretty good and the property is quite big. Service was good as well. We had fun.
