The changing rooms in the “water space” need a massive clean up. The service is great, nice pool.

Perfect.It is a wonderful trip.

Stayed here because we were participating in the Ironman 70.3 Kenting. Perfect for the race as the start, transition and finish are all within the hotel. We got a room on the first floor which proved to be the most ideal as it is on the same level as breakfast, the race expo as well as the finish area. However if you prefer a quiet room, then ask for a different floor. Rooms are very large and amenities are generously provided. Despite the size of the property, staff are efficient and very helpful.

Super nice view around the hotel, great big outdoor pool, and very spacious room, exceeding expectations.

It was great. It is connected to the beach. It’s very big. The only thing I did not like is that the food is not great. I don’t recommend eating at the hotel. .

Hotel just beside the Shopping Mall, hotel also provides a kids playing area. Good for family, and have a private beach . Great place for relaxing.

They had many activities such as a water park in the resort, and have a little place with deers for us to feed. The buffet breakfast also have a wide range of food. So do factor in some time for these amenities!

It’s just a hotel to stay in. Nothing special.

We are happy with the service and standard of cleanliness. Food is so-so to good enough.

Very good

Been touring here in Kenting for 8 years but this is the first time I experience to book into Howard hotel and I felt different. One of the best hotel and resort expereince here in Kenting.

Offers many activities, but hotel management is amazingly bad. There are many people checking in the line is long, and no one tells me that there’s a queue number to take. In addition, even if you get a queue number, you still need to wait in line; this is incredible stupid idea. I had to wait for at least 40 mins to check in. There should be a lot of improvement to hotel management.
