The Okinawa Hiyori Hotel is on a small hill. There is no business or beach around it. I took a Didi International taxi from the Monterey Hotel for more than ten minutes. The hotel normally has a check-in time of 3:00 and a check-out time of 12:00. There is a welcome drink, and you can check in by sitting down. You can check in at 2:30. There are several free drinks in the lobby, but no tea, coffee or snacks are provided. The Lanai suites we booked are all on the second floor. The rooms here are about 60 square meters. The Lanai has a large terrace, but there is a highway downstairs and it is very noisy. It cannot be used even in summer. It must be quiet in the room. When I booked it, the weather was cool and breezy, so it was almost useless. The room was larger than expected and the terrace felt more spacious, but the sea view was average. For a good sea view you must choose a high floor in the ocean. The rooms are equipped with a washing machine with a dryer, a refrigerator, a microwave, an induction cooker and kitchen supplies. I used it to wash clothes and it was very practical. The other designs are suitable for guests who drive and bring food with them, but they are meaningless to me. If the hotel has a convenience store I can buy some food and have it processed. Unfortunately there is only a small store with few items. The hotel is not by the sea, there are buildings and roads in front of it. You will have a better sea view if you book a high floor ocean suite. We had breakfast and dinner in the hotel. The hotel has only one large restaurant and a teppanyaki restaurant with more than ten people. The large restaurant has buffet breakfast and lunch, and only order food at night. We ordered three dishes and the price was moderate, more than 300 yuan. The teppanyaki restaurant has several grades of set meals, with an average price of more than 1,000 yuan per person. The breakfast buffet costs RMB 200 per person, there is not much food but the quality is very good. The hotel also has a spa, and there are guitar performances in the evening, which are different every day. Due to the season, the corridors are open-air, very cold and windy, so you can't sit down to enjoy the show. I stayed at Renaissance, Monterey and Hiyori in this area. Renaissance has a Dolphin buffet that is delicious and not expensive, but it is noisy with many people. Monterey has the best sea view, is exquisite and elegant, and the buffet is not bad. The biggest problem with the Hiyori room is that the door is not soundproof, unlike the facilities of a professional hotel. Some Japanese people talking in the corridor can be heard clearly in the room. The rooms here are large and suitable for family travel, but there are not many highlights.

Overall, the experience was very good, with the upscale feel of an international hotel, but only the breakfast was Japanese-style. It's strange that most of the guests are Japanese, because they can enjoy the hotel, but foreigners go to the attractions during the day and it's a pity not to stay in the hotel~
