I don't normally write reviews but ive ALWAYS been told that I got to give credit where credit is due and I must say I could give ten thumbs up if possible the customer service and satisfaction I got every time I've EVER stayed here it's been amazing and there's a young lady at the front desk with checks you in her name is Bailey she was SO awesome great memory SHE REMEMBERED MY NAME even after I hadn't been there in 4 months definitely impressed me she was also very bubbly kind-hearted and humble but most of all her and the manager were so very accommodating thanks ladies,if you ever get a chance to stay here l highly recommended this hotel . I come back here every single time I'm in Orlando thank you to the whole staff at woodspring Suites you guys are all amazing and I can't believe I read some of the other remarks how the place is dirty and nasty I don't know where they're staying but this place has been clean and smell good and every single time I've been here so two thumbs up to the housekeeper's thank you all at once again can't wait to see you all next time I'm in Orlando!!!!@@

Nice quiet and comfortable room. The gentleman checking me in was very kind. The rest of my experience was lackluster. No food vending machines. Drink machine on my floor didn't work. When I asked the desk clerk he said there were no machines. I have a mystery charge on my debit card. Upon checkout I could not store a suitcase while I took my service animal to another hotel. All together I would stay there again, however the carpet is old and makes it hard to breathe.

Exellent customer service, Daniel made my check in quick and easy after I had a very long day at the theme parks. Hotel is just walking distance to several food places and shopping stores. Rooms are super clean and cheap pricing for being just 5 min away from Universal Studios.

They deserve 5 stars for the amazing customer service we received, specially for Ana! First, we were running late, and we were going to arrive after midnight. We called and Ana answered, she went above and beyond, telling us that she'll notate our account in case we made it after the deadline time. When we arrived, we get to see the beatiful halfway, check in was easy and the room was beatiful and clean. There was an issue with the plumbing, and we had no hot water to shower. We reported it, and we were taken care of right away, again by our amazing Ana, and this was the next morning. Ana listened to our concerns and made sure we were accommodated on another room, and really felt we were cared for. There was a note of apology and complementary snacks! This could have been a 3 star review with us not returning, but with this amazing customer service. We will be returning. The only thing I could recommend, is adding a continental breakfast option, or maybe just coffee options available with creamers. Overall, the place is beautiful, quiet and clean. Let's give them a chance. I understand there's new management and they are making it better!

I had the pleasure of meeting a great host today. He checked me in with a smile and told me to grab breakfast while I waited for the room. He also made sure when we had a problem with the room that everything was made better. I appreciate people that go above and beyond for their guests. We felt at home here. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends. Great location and caring staff. Everyone says hello and are ready to help. Putting a view from the room in review.

This is the hotel we used to make a transition. It is not bad. There are several restaurants around and there is a convenience store. When I arrived at the Orlando airport, I called the hotel and soon there was a free shuttle bus to pick up. The hotel also has a shuttle bus to the pier at Cape Canaveral. We are going to take the cruise to the pier the next day. We booked the shuttle the night before check in. The fare is much cheaper than the Disney Cruise's own shuttle.
