The room is well-equipped and clean. The breakfast is also OK. There is a large supermarket next to the hotel, which is very convenient for buying food.

The room is large, opposite a mountain, and there is a stop shop next to it, which is convenient for shopping for food and other daily necessities. There is a kitchen with complete kitchen utensils. Can cook. The breakfast was quite satisfactory. It was the only one along the way that provided fresh fruit. The service staff were enthusiastic. The only surprise was that there was a water outage for an hour, and there was no notice in advance.

I am currently staying here with my wife and daughter awaiting to move into our new home. We checked in on July 31st, I had a run in with the girl at the desk whose name begins with the letter I was extremely rude and non empathetic to my situation. There is another woman on staff who is equally as rude and unfriendly that works at the front desk as well. Called Marriott to voice my concerns about this and when I called to find out bout not being notified by anyone, I was told that the property informed Marriott that an apology was issued. This indeed is a lie. To make matters worse the price I was given when making the reservation was told to me and a few days back I noticed I have now paid for my stay which I never heard of paying before one stay is up unless prepaying which I did not do. Yesterday I got an alert that 1000.00 was attempted to be charged on my CC and to type YES to acknowledge. Before I had a chance to speak to anyone I know see another 1300.00 has been charged to my credit card, thus now paying for my original quote and an additional 1300 dollars for what I have no idea. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. In regards to the AC it doesn't work properly in addition to it be noisy as others have mentioned it doesn't reflect the temperature that is displayed on the thermostat.

This hotel far exceeded expectations. The rooms looked brand new; the sofa in the room was practically brand new. The rooms and bathroom were spacious. Breakfast was not just your pro-forma breakfast; there was a nice selection of hot and cold options. I like a fancy, luxurious hotel and I was skeptical since our previous experience at a Residence Inn in Raleigh was less than desired. This property was completely different and was up to my very selective standard.

Our Ceiling was leaking water From bathroom ceiling light, told front desk said an engineer would look at it. Nothing was done while our stay. This is a hotel that people are living longer term. People cook in rooms makes it very smelly with water damage.

Pros: The room was clean, bed was comfortable, & shower had good water pressure Cons: 1. the AC/heating vent was so loud I had to keep it turned off to sleep. Which meant it got hot in the room. 2. There were no washcloths in the bathroom & when we went to the front desk & asked for a couple they said they’d send someone up. No one ever came. 3. No ice in the freezer in the kitchenette & no ice machines. We had to go to the front desk & ask for ice 4. No USB C connections for charging phones & other electronics.

This was an excellent property. The breakfast was great, and the room was great. I have no idea what people were complaining about in some of the other reviews. The front desk staff might have not been the most professional, but they were pretty generous with the bottled water. We would stay here again.

In my experience, the Residence Inn in Orangeburg, New York, appeared to be overpriced for the amenities provided. I don't feel it offers good value for the money, and if I return to the area, I wouldn't choose this hotel again. Thank you!!!!

Don't let the exterior photos fool you, this RI has been beautifully renovated inside. The rooms are upscale and modern, and the windows have been double insulated to prevent any noise from the Palisades Parkway nearby. Right next to a supermarket, so very easy to get supplies. For runners, go behind the market - run past the back of Lowes and you jump right on a really beautiful, well paved running trail that goes on for miles. One of the best renovations of a Residence Inn (and I stay in alot of them!)

This hotel has definitely declined. We have stayed here several times before and this last stay we were disappointed. The rooms are starting to age with some sloppy attempts at correcting. The bathroom floor was filthy, the AC unit was loud preventing us from getting a good sleep. Asked the lady at the front desk to see if it could be corrected she said she would have engineering look at it. We arrived back to our room at night and nothing was done. Two nights of loud ac not allowing us to sleep. Not sure we will return in the future

My 20 year old son booked a room online for 1 night as he had to stay in the area for his work training. He prepaid for the room. The hotel would not let him check in stating that he has to be 21 as per NYS law. Thats a lie. NYS law is 18 years old to rent a hotel room. I (Mom) called & offered to put up my credit card also to secure his room for the night. Denied. The hotel would not refund my son's money. Poor customer service all around!

I walked into the lobby and thought it was a nice newish hotel with modern style. Then I got to our room - artwork was missing from the walls (nothing but hooks remained), some light fixtures and outlets didn't work, furniture was frayed, there was mold in the shower and the toilet never stooped running. The front desk service was excellent and the breakfast was good.

We recently stayed here as we were moving out of NY and needed a place as our house was on the road. If you stay you should bring your own towel and wash cloths as they didn’t even have enough in the room for the amount of people we had. When I asked multiple times they said they would add us to the list to get them and then told me two days later that they didn’t have enough. I honestly had to take them to our house we were moving out of and wash them so that we could share towels. The front desk woman was rude and ignored me talking to another person that worked there for 5min. (I won’t name her) On they way out I asked for GM phone number and I tried calling and left a message for Cynthia with no response. We are loyal Marriott customers and were highly disappointed. We will not stay here again when we return.
