Just had a quick one night stay at The Grand Bohemian Orlando. Everything was perfect! Fantastic property with a fantastic restaurant and bar. My ambassador status was acknowledged. Was upgraded to a fantastic jacuzzi suite! The club lounged was closed but was offered breakfast or 750 extra points. I had an outstanding breakfast in the restaurant! I wish I could have remember all the staff members I interacted with, but everyone delivered a flawless execution of service. I do remember Jonathan from valet. He was polite, professional, and very quick with the delivery with my car! Overall, fantastic stay. Didn’t have one issue. Well done to the property and staff! 5 stars!!

The family and I planned to visit Universal Studios/Islands of Adventures for the long President's weekend (February 19-21, 2022). Prior to our trip, we researched and booked the Castle Hotel due to its reviews and close location to the parks. The bonus part was all the restaurants within walking distance. I had the pleasure of speaking with the Director of Front Office, Mr. Carlos Rosario prior to our arrival. I first want to start off by saying that the customer service is top notch at the hotel. It starts with Carlos being very helpful with my reservation and needs. He and his team went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect, and it sure was! The President's weekend was packed with visitors due to the long weekend and several sport activities going on in the area. Once we arrived in Orlando, we went straight to the parks, I connected with Carlos to advise him we would be a late check-in, he assured us no problem. We arrived at the hotel around 10pm, i walked up to the front desk and was assisted by a wonderful agent who was very welcoming. I provided my name and right next to her was Mr. Carlos Rosario who welcomed me as well with a great smile!! Although he was very busy due to the traffic within the lobby, he took the time to welcome me and my family and assisted me with my room keys and explanation of the hotel. This type of service goes a long way. He mentioned he would be at the front desk all weekend and If I needed anything to just let him know. We went up to our room, opened the door and it was perfect! Clean and spacious. Beds were comfy and so was the pullout sofa. The following day we took off to the parks again, (great location to the parks as I mentioned). We arrived back to the hotel around 6pm and I had the pleasure of meeting the front desk agent, Ariel. She was so friendly and helpful with a few requests I needed. Even the morning that we were checking out, I stopped by the restaurant to get Starbucks and the staff there were friendly and always smiling. You truly sense the above and beyond feel at this hotel. I plan on returning and recommending this hotel to friends and families. What a great experience staying at this hotel. Kudos to Carlos and his Rockstar Team!
