The front desk staff were very kind!
They gave me detailed instructions on how to walk to Universal Studios, so I was able to stay there with peace of mind.
It takes 25 minutes to walk to Universal Studios, but it's an easy route.
The room was also clean and I was very satisfied.

Was initially worried because of the mixed reviews online but I got to say, I’m so glad I took a chance with this hotel. It has gone beyond our expectations and we would love to be back. We stayed there as a group of 6 for one night. The room was more than spacious to accommodate us. Hospitality was excellent and breakfast spread was good. Would definitely recommend!
