Very close to airport. Only the night we got there late around midnight, they have some water pipe issue, they will shut off water soon. So we are too rush to have shower. And the hot water tank is warm water. The room is simple and clean.

close to airport..The room is smaller than a normal Hampton Inn...decent pool area..Breakfast was ok..not much to it..we chose no house keeping..when we went to front desk for more wash cloths it seemed to be a problem ..its just ok..nothing extra or special..

The overall service is pretty good. Our flight was delayed due to weather. We called the front desk and a hotel car picked us up shortly. It was very convenient.

Overall it's good. I booked it for a friend. There are no extra charges. It's easy to check in and the transportation is very convenient. I always use Ctrip to book hotels.

Hotel itself is nice. This complaint is specific to the shuttle service provided. After a grueling 6am flight where I had been up since 3am, got my bags and waited 20 minutes for the shuttle. I then found out I was in the wrong spot since they didn’t fully clarify where to go. After another 20 minutes of waiting the shuttle picks me up. Then about half way to the hotel, the driver gets a message in his walkie talkie, TURNS AROUND, AND GOES BACK TO THE AIRPORT TO PICK UP MORE PEOPLE. Absolutely insane level of terrible customer service. If your plans include using a shuttle service go somewhere else

We booked this hotel for the night before our cruise. I called the hotel and confirmed they had free parking and that I could leave my car. I was assured the car would be safe and there was no charge. Morning of the cruise I stopped by the desk and let them know I had parked the car and asked if I needed anything for the dash. They told me parking was 15 a night and since I didn't book the parking package I couldn't park at the hotel. I told them I called but they were very rude and said nobody at this hotel would say parking is free. They finally agreed to let me park if I paid. Flew home on 10-5 and called hotel as directed for shuttle van. 30 minutes later still no van to pick us up. Called back and she assured me no more than 5 minutes. 15 minutes later the van pulled up. The lies continue.......Just be honest with guest, key to hospitality. Also wife said by far, the worst Hampton Inn breakfast in all of her stays around the country. Many choices in the area, choose somewhere else.

Not up to par with other HI. New carpet and clean sheets, but stained mattresses, extremely noisy air conditioner (loud, vibrates and rattles), Dirt ring in the toilet and the oldest mini fridge that doesn’t get that cold. Appreciate how close it is to the airport and the overnight driver was so kind as too was the staff at breakfast . Otherwise, not the nicest staff. FYI: they charge you $10 to park. They corrected as we didn’t have a car, but it was an automatic charge.

We stayed here for a single night with my family(wife+2kids), before heading out to Port Everglades cruise port. It was pleasant and neat stay like any typical overnight stays that we have done before. We drove in to this hotel late in the night after renting a car from the airport. The beds & pillows were comfortable and front desk lady who checked us in was also cheerful. We do get a parking pass to keep it in the dashboard of your car,make sure you get one while checking in if you have a car.The morning breakfast was tasty as well as plenty, but was only between 6-9am as it was a friday morning. But what is stood out in this stay is that the manager who was near the breakfast dining area. She was extremely courteous, helpful and was making sure that whomsoever walked in near closing time (including us as we walked with 15mins before closing) got their breakfast, also closing the breakfast entry on time. The cheese egg omelette was so tasty that it was almost empty all the time, so some of us who walked in late had to request that those omelettes to be made, which this manager did courteously delivered it by co-ordinating with the cook from inside. Normally when we are walking in late to most of these hotels/breakfast places we wouldn't even see any manager other than coming to close the gate, here she was different and made us feel pleasant. As they say "one will never forget how you made them feel" it was true with this lady manager who made us feel pleasant and respected. Infact this was the feedback coming from my kids(<10yr olds) which prompted to me to write this feedback. This is super close to airport and has easy exit for south florida cities too. All in all it was a pleasant stay and would recommend others too.

The room was clean and the environment was safe. The people were friendly. The staff made our experience accommodating and warm. The pool was clean and the first floor bathroom were also clean and safe.parking was free and close to store and restaurant. The hotel was very close to family that live in Orlando florida.

This hotel advertised easy access to Orlando airport and a free on-demand shuttle available when you call. I had to call FOUR times and the shuttle never came. We waited over an hour at 11pm. The guy who answered the phone that night 2/15 was rude. We finally found a random taxi and had to pay out of pocket for that plus tip. The hotel is two minutes from the airport. No excuse. The sleeping area is fine. The bathroom is so small and the door opens in. You have to maneuver yourself in and out carefully. It’s ridiculous. The location was great but the rest left a lot to be desired. We’ve always had good luck e Hampton Inn being a solid hotel choice when we travel however this makes me reconsider for next time.

After we missed a return flight after our cruise due to 528 from the port to the airport being closed (accident) we found ourselves needing a place to stay while we waited for our flight the next day which was rebooked. Out of all the Hilton Brand hotels (were Diamond members) close to MCO, the Hampton had the best price. It is also walking distance to several restaurants such as Denny’s, Sonny’s BBQ, Bar Louie, Chili’s and more. We arrived at the hotel around 11:00am hoping a room would be available since we had nowhere else to go…: but prepared to hang out if not. The woman at the desk was very friendly and helpful and got us into a room right away. Considering we had two kids with us, this was a sanity saver!! The room was a standard two-queen but was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. I was especially grateful for the pillows! A lot of Hilton brands use the feather/down pillows that flatten immediately and are very uncomfortable. I was so happy to find that this Hampton had much more comfortable pillows that actually support your head! Breakfast the next morning was the standard Hampton breakfast. Nothing remarkable but also completely adequate for our needs. Plenty of options. And the kitchen area was clean. The best part was the free shuttle. The woman at the desk asked us if we needed a ride and asked us what time we wanted to leave. Considering we had no vehicle and already had an unexpected expense of a night in a hotel, not having to pay for yet another Lyft was great! And sure enough, the next morning the shuttle arrived on time and we were at the airport in no time. Should we ever need an overnight stay after arriving to or departing from Orlando, we will definitely choose this one again!
