Fantastic hotel, extremely clean. well groomed, professional, and friendly staff. Very good onsite restaurant. 5 star hotel all around. Great location. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Very luxurious hotel with amazing views over the old town. The bedrooms are very spacious. The breakfast is excellent.

We stayed here for one night. The hotel is in great location, very close to the old town. Check in can be faster if the check-in desk has more people to help. The room we stayed had problem with drainage of the shower room. The hotel changed the room for us quickly after we informed them. Room is comfortable but can be cleaner as we notice some hair on the floor. Breakfast was ok. Overall a good hotel, great location, would be a great hotel with more attention to cleanliness.

Very good, the room exceeded expectations. We booked a newly renovated room. We were originally worried that the room was too old, but that was not the case. We also sent elephant soda and drinks every day. I especially praised the hotel breakfast. We stayed for three days and the special snacks changed every day. It was really good. I rarely hate a hotel so much. I spend 5 stars but feel like I do with 1 star. First, the hotel facilities are old and the hotel supplies are of very low quality. I can't wear size 44 slippers. The corridor rooms give me a feeling of depression. Second, the service staff are just like government employees. They get off work on time.
