This was a family vacation.
We loved our room and the view.
Bfast was good, they have a cucumber, lemon ice water for a refresher.

The hotel has been recently renovated and is just lovely. Parking is free and convenient with lots of restaurants within 10-20 mins walking distance. Our room was spacious and super clean. The location is great for Disney Parks and Outlet Malls. Would definitely stay again!

I came to stay at the Hyatt place as I have in previous years to take my daughter and her friend to Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Studios. There are hotels all over the place but I chose Hyatt based on my previous perfect experiences there. The staff are amazing, the cleanliness and and condition were spot on, and the breakfast buffet was incredible. The location is great if you're visiting Universal and our overall experience could not have been better. There is no reason for me to want to stay anywhere else. Great value for a great place!

Roberto the gentlemen who checked us in was amazing his attitude was amazing and his customer service was exceptional. We had one other team member who went above and beyond for us as well, but unfortunately I don't remember her name, but she went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. Don't see customer service like this very often. The property was just update and looks amazing.
