Very close to the airport, get off the plane and call the hotel, they will tell you where to wait for them to pick up, 10 minutes later the car will arrive, really close. We returned to the airport and sent it to the hotel. Each time we gave a tip of 5 knives for reference. The hotel is a very ordinary airport hotel, it is completely acceptable to stay for one night, breakfast is in the lobby, quite rich

Great experience on my last trip. I was treated extremely well and had great service. Including two great Shuttle rides to and from the Airport. Hugo and James were the nicest drivers I could of ask for. Very polite and helpful, great conversationalist. I would highly recommend staying at the TownePlace Suites whenever visiting the Orlando area. I look forward to my next trip. Thank you Victoria, Hugo and James for making my stay a great experience.

This is the hotel we used to make a transition. It is not bad. There are several restaurants around and there is a convenience store. When I arrived at the Orlando airport, I called the hotel and soon there was a free shuttle bus to pick up. The hotel also has a shuttle bus to the pier at Cape Canaveral. We are going to take the cruise to the pier the next day. We booked the shuttle the night before check in. The fare is much cheaper than the Disney Cruise's own shuttle.

We were in Orlando for the birth of our first grandchild. Had arrived in middle of the night at the hospital and decided to get a room within walking distance of Winnie Palmer Hospital. Marlena (?) at the front desk was warm and friendly and gave us a beautiful suite along with a Coke and a water as we were in the Hilton club. The attendant at breakfast (from Brazil) was sweet, friendly and attentive. Loved our pillows too! Our stay was absolutely delightful!
