Lovely stay overnight, room spotless. I might have liked a couple more tea bags and milks but otherwise very good. The receptionist very kindly relocated me to a ground floor room although I hadn’t booked one. The evening meals and breakfasts in the Harvester were excellent.

Rooms as per usual prem inn.but restaurant shocking.onley a small selection of the menu available.you only find this out after your booking .same with breakfast.and although I had book breakfast. For 6:30 no hot food arrived till 6:50.will not be using prem again.

We have family in the area and have stayed here a few times before. This visit felt as though standards were slipping a little. Warm welcome at reception but room a little tired. Dirty towels, rusty towel rail and bedding so tired it was threadbare with holes. Definite lack of attention to deal.

All ok. Just had a mouse rummaging through my luggage at 2 am. Receptionist said it likely as near to a wildlife area. Not ideal. I suspect it had a little lair behind the wet wall in the bathroom. Luckily it didn’t steal my toothpaste and toothbrush :)

Wonderful staff, couldn’t do enough. Management were organised and offered a range of services, ie restaurant. Rooms were lovely and clean, comfortable beds and plenty of extras if we needed it, towels, sheets, pillows etc. no complaints and would stay here again!

Had a lovely stay! Room was comfy! Very clean! Smelt lovely! Checking in was easy! Thanks to the staff there they always go above and beyond. Hotel is very clean! Can’t wait for our next visit Easy to find. Can book you in for the restaurant next door as well

Sarah & Amber gave us a great welcome. We had a good stay for 2 days. My wife asked for a couple of things for the room to accommodate her disability and they arrived in minutes. They also booked us in for breakfast so my wife didn’t have to use any stairs in the restaurant.

The staff were very friendly and efficient. However, the bed was ridiculously high. At 27" off the ground, anyone under average height would have struggled to get in and out of bed comfortably. We were told that if we wanted a lower bed, we would have had to request a disabled room and none were available! When we visited the restaurant and bar, the music was unnecessarily loud and it felt like stepping into a nightclub!
